I canceled my subscription and requested that the service be stopped, but I continued to be charged afterward. I never authorized these additional charges, yet they kept billing my account.

Customer service has not resolved the issue, and I am now seeking a full refund for the unauthorized charges. No customer should have to deal with repeated billing after canceling.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or service. Be very careful before signing up, and monitor your account closely if you decide to cancel.

Excellent, my debit card info was wrong. I received an email saying that was the case. Corrected.

Mine lasted 3 weeks and locked up. Contacted them 3 times by email still have yet to get a response after 3 months.

Very dishonest company. They “automatically” enroll you in a subscription blade service that they purposefully hide in the product. They dont give you a warning email ahead of time to cancel and the only way to supposedly cancel the subscription is to email them. I still cant figure out how to leave a review on their actual website either. Very dishonest and shady company. 100% will never purchase or recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Groomie Club. The shaver caused cuts and skin irritation, which was completely unacceptable.

On top of that, I discovered that I had been automatically enrolled in a blade subscription without my clear consent. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, they repeatedly responded with generic emails that avoided addressing my request. They also failed to provide clear instructions on how to return the product, making the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve both the quality of their products and the way they handle customer service and refund requests.

Love my groomie...ordered shaver but didn't receive accessories...received an email that they are sending me all new accessories after all...5 star all the way...thanks

Well I eventually did get the refund abd it took a long time. Please do not purchase this groomie electric Shaver. The Blades do wear out fast and that's why they want you to buy refills. This shaver now cannot shave my face now.

The support team was super helpful in getting me a replacement razor after ours had a problem. No questions asked and very quick responding.

My customer service experience was horrible. I receive no help or they just rushed me off. I ordered a grooming Body Pro. It said that it was delivered yesterday and when I got home, I saw no package on my steps. I have not received my package and no one is trying to help me figure out how I can get this problem resolved so basically they just took my money and brushed me off horrible customer service and I don’t like being bounced around especially when I’m someone with a disability and need help

Great experience with this process. Simple and straight forward. Good people within the company that care about there customers. I get shavers for free but I opted to pay for the groomie.club and I dont regret. Thanks for delivering excellent services definitely would recommend yall you everyone i know and anyone that has the medical issues i have!

the Motor inside my groomie has seiged-up after buying the complete kit & I used the oil in kit ; after chargering made sure to unplug trying to reach the groomie service for two days
