The head shaver itself works fine but they automatically put you on a monthly auto ship which I did not approve. Not a good way of doing business.

Great customer service and fast response time

The conversation was quick and to the point. I explained my dilemma. They asked for pictures. I sent them pictures. They rectified the situation. Very easy on my part. Efficient problem solving, with politeness included, on their part.

The email experience was great in showing me how to cancel a subscription. The fact that I unknowingly signed up for a subscription when I purchased, not so great.

I subscribed for refill blades and now they won't cancel my subscription that's is just bad business they are given me a hard time to cancel my subscription I am on Disability I have never had a hard time with nobody to cancel a subscription please don't over from this company I will post 5 reviews a week till they cancel my subscription

Groomie is a great company that takes care of their customers each and every time.

The orders came fast and furious. Unfortunately I do not trim every day so my inventory of blades built up too fast. Cancelled the subscription until later in the year when inventory is used up.

I bought a "Memorial Day" special that was suppose to include trimmer with 1 guard and maybe a nose trimmer attachment. Bottom line is, they send me the shaver, a charging cord without a charging plug in, bread oil and a tiny cleaning brush, missing all the "suppose to be" attachments. I contacted them via email because they do not advertise a phone number, explaining the issue and it's been 4 or 5 days with no answer from the company. The way I see it, they scam ya in their advertising scheme. I'm gonna be returning it with the case I purchased as well and get FreeBird I guess.
In short in my opinion, company sucks, but the product looked and felt great in hand... never used it to hopefully have an uneventful return.

I ordered the Groomie shaver and even though it says next day shipping I did not receive the shaver. That was almost a month ago. After many request to support where they said it would be shipped out priority it still did not receive the shaver. Now I requested to cancel my order and they said they would and refund me in 3 - 5 business days and I have still not received my refund.

The representative who I interacted with was very informative, kind, and helpful.
