Ordered a gift for my Husband. Product that was sent was defective. Refund "policy" states 60 days to return product for a full refund, but the return "process" only allows you to do so within 30 days. They are slow to respond to messages, and I somehow subscribed to a service without knowing I had done so. Awful company, awful response to inquiries, and judging from other reviews, I am not alone. Awful experience. My plan is to call my credit card company and have the charges reversed. There is no other option to sever ties with Groomie. I want nothing more to do with this company.

DON'T BUY FOR THESE PEOPLE! Bought the product for my husband. He didn't like it. I had to pay $21.40 to return the product. I can't get to where I can cancel my subscription on their website. They charged $27.98 for a shaver head that we don't need. I have sent emails only to have them come back as blocked. This is so frustrating as this is a USA company. Still haven't seen my refund and they got the shaver plus accessories back on January 23,2026 and this is February 1, 2026. This is all a joke and so sad that some business's will be deceptive like this.

This SCAM of a company is not worthy of the one star I had to give to write this review. If you are thinking of buying anything from them be prepared to pay $30.00 or more for refills you didn’t ordered. This company is so bad they don’t let you see the true reviews people are leaving. They don’t even make it possible to write a review on their website. The SCAMMERS must be based out of Nigeria. Regards

I've had the exact experience everyone else has described. I haven't even used the product enough to give that a review, but the experience with them in whole is awful. Enrolled in an auto-ship I had no idea about until charged. The replacement head hasn't even arrived for me to even attempt a return as tracking only says a label was created and that's it. Responses to emails take at least a week, and then they have to "approve" your return request. I finally just started a dispute with Paypal to hopefully get my money back for an auto-ship replacement head that I haven't received.

I had no idea that I was signing up for a subscription every month. That was not made clear. Now, I can't even cancel the subscription. I can skip the next shipment, but it will resume with the next month. Customer Support refuses to cancel the subscription. They tell me I must do it on the website, except that's impossible. There's no option to cancel the whole subscription. Pretty shady, if you ask me.

Like so many on here, bought as a one time Xmas gift and they billed a second order, wife is trying to stop this scam…do not do business with this company

This company is a scam! The razor does work pretty good but you get automatically signed up for a subscription service. There is no way to contact a live person at this company. You will only get a the same auto generated response every time you email them. And what's even worse, you don't even get the new blade you were charged for. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to get the auto shipments stopped. And I didn't even agree to sign up for a subscription.

If you are trying to return an item they give you the complete runaround and stop responding to emails. I would never buy from this company again terrible customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered this product as a gift. Was given an introductory price if I purchased a refill, which I did at the time I purchased the kit. Was told I could cancel at any time. Not true. They recently charged my credit card for a second refill as part of an ongoing subscription. I immediately reached out to cancel as I do not own the product (it was a gift). I have since sent 5 e-mails and tried to follow exact cancellation instructions but keep getting a popup saying I had to wait to receive more product and evaluate experience first. I don't even own the product. It was a Xmas gift for my brother and he didn't like it. I did not try to return it. Simply don't want ongoing charges and refills for a product not being used. I am now disputing the charge and may need to take legal action to stop this company from charging my credit card due to their redirect tactics. It may be cheaper to shut down the card. This has been a very stressful experience.

This company signed me up for a subscription service without my consent and refused to refund me without me sending item back and paying shipping. I attempted to cancel this the same day it was billed to me. Apparently, they are the fastest service ever when it comes to shipping out an item where you cannot get them to cancel it even the same day. I have never been charged for something without my knowledge. I cannot believe that a company would do this.

BaldiePro™ is a Scam. The product is nowhere as good as it claims. Then they sign you up on a subscription, bill you and send you a refill you did not ask for. They then want you to pay some experts to help you resolve the case. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. BaldiePro™ Blade Refill scam is alive and well. Watch you account.

This company is the worst.Place my on Jan 2 and was suppose to receive it by Jan 6 still has not received anything.Ive email customer service a few times and all they can tell me is the same thing I am reading from the so call carrier “it’s in transit”. No way to contact carrier it’s been over a week and the tracking still showing the last location from the original mailing date..Would never use this company again ill just take the lost…

Took extra days and they still charging for more bullshit and have pictures cause bought garbage in December 25 and charged me yesterday, again I have pictures from them texting new purchases

Be aware of this site , they will automatic subscribe you for a 6 week's blades refill without your authorization and then you can't unsubscribe until after 44 days . No customer service phone # , only way to communicate is by email , this shouldn't be allowed

Will not honor warranty. Sent three email and no response.

First, it does NOT offer a clean shave. The head falls off often, requiring you to turn it off, put the head back on, and then start over again. Nowhere on the Groomie website can you post a review. I bought direct from Groomie so can't review the product on Amazon. Also, you don't know at the time of purchase, but you are automatically signed up to get a new shaver head - which you have to go in and cancel. Wouldn't buy it again. Wouldn't recommend.

Subscription difficult to cancel. I bought a shaver as a christmas gift. I do not remember signing up for a monthly subscription. Their website makes it difficult to find and cancel. On top of that the shaver itself is not the best quality.

They don't even deserve 1 star the only way to contact them is through email then they may get back to you in 48hours and canceling your subscription is impossible I had to literally get a new debit card so they couldn't take out any more of my money.

The product worked, for a while. And when it stopped Groomie sent me an RMA email, nothing else, no replacement, not even the promised return instructions - STAY AWAY.

They don't care about their customers, which is odd since the cost of getting new customers is much more than keeping old ones.
