However, we’re sorry to learn about the confusion you experienced when reordering and the inconvenience of receiving the wrong size. We understand how frustrating it can be to have to go through the return and exchange process when you were simply trying to replace a pair you already knew and loved.

Your suggestion about including the EU sizing used inside the shoes alongside the traditional sizing on our website is excellent feedback. We can certainly see how that additional information would make reordering much easier and help prevent sizing confusion for customers.
