Sad about sizing
I absolutely love my Grounded shoes. I recently reordered a pair of the solid white ones but was confused about the size. The size inside my existing pair, which fit perfectly, is 38. However, your website only has traditional sizing, so I had to guess what size to order. But unfortunately, the size I ordered was a 37 so now I have to deal with returning and waiting for the correct shoes. It would be most helpful to have the sizing used inside the shoe listed alongside the traditional sizes so the customer has the correct information to make a purchase.

Company uses wrong EU size relationship…
Company uses wrong EU size relationship to US sizes. I ordered Men’s US11 and received EU 43 (usually a US 10 1/2. Too short. Returned for exchange but company issued unrequested refund instead. Had to pay $11+ in shipping. I was okay with that since their foreign customer service is difficult to deal with.

Bad choice!
Two months after wearing these shoes, they started tearing up! Grounded informed me that the warranty was for only 30 days. What am I supposed to do? Looking at what they charge and the quality, I don't recommend buying these. Get the off- brand of them...they're cheaper and you know they won't last long!

My favorite shoes!
I've been wearing Gounded Footwear for several months, and I am totally delighted! I wear them all day, ....working out, walking out of doors, shopping, driving. I am 84 years old, quite active, and have always had issues buying shoes that were comfortable on my wide feet. We will be traveling to Europe at the end of August, and I am so happy that the Grounded's are so "packable" and will not take up a lot of space or add weight to my luggage.
When I wanted to purchase another 2 pair, I stumbleD upon some negative reviews, which made no sense, since I have not experienced any of the issues those people were complaining about. Apparently there are cheap "knockoffs" that don't come close to the original. Beware!
I wish they made a pair of dress Groundeds.

I have bought 3 pairs of your shoes and love them, love them, love them! I just ordered a pair for my husband for Fathers Day, hoping he’ll love them too!
I was an RN for 35 years, an avid walker and hiker and now that I’m 74 years old, I’m realizing that I should have been wearing these shoes a long time ago. They are very comfy, but the best thing is I feel more balanced. “I feel the earth move under my feet”, as Carole King has sung!

The shoe is very comfortable
The shoe is very comfortable. My issue is that the thin cover over the insole has come partially unattached to the sole pad. It then makes my foot very uncomfortable.

Great Shoes
I tried these shoes after seeing an ad and had tried many others that didn't work for me so I figured I would take a chance. From the very start, these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They feel a bit snug when you first put them on but it only lasts about a week before they settle on your feet. I'm an avid walker and these shoes have really taken away the achiness and tiredness from my feet. I love them so much, I just got my second pair. I'm a 7.5 and that's the size I got and it fits perfect. Highly recommend them!

The BEST customer service experience!
I was unable to use the shoes due to orthopedic issues, but the way Helen handled this situation was excellent and I am very happy with the outcome. She has excellent customer service skills. However, I do want to address the fact that the actual shoes aren't quite the quality I had expected for $70. I would not even feel comfortable gifting them to someone because they look and feel so cheap.

Was hesitant about the shoe at first…
Was hesitant about the shoe at first because all you hear about is “support” for your feet. Then I thought, what is more natural than walking and feeling the ground. I tried walking on our mini stone driveway and never felt a rock. Amazing! It just felt so natural. Love them! My biggest fear is getting them dirty. Hope they are washable.

Shoes never materialized and marketing is misleading
I can't speak to the shoes themselves because I never received them. I placed an order, card immediately charged and then...crickets. For nearly two weeks. I reached out to customer support and got a ChatBot response order was "proceeding as scheduled" but their OWN schedule states orders are processed within 48 hours and usually received within 5 days. I reached out again and was told the shoes were on backorder. Then, I got curious and did some research. They heavily imply this is an American company. It isn't! Shoes are made in Brazil and China and distributed by an Ecommerce company, origin unknown. I reached out a third time and requested a refund. It has been almost a month. No shoes and still waiting on a refund.

I often walked outdoors with barefoot…
I often walked outdoors with barefoot to get grounded, but it’s too cold and not safe to do so. Until I found this grounding shoes, it feels amazingly comfortable like bare feet walking but so much safer from weeds bugs and cold floors! This shoe not only comfortable it provides freedom of my knees, hips and entire joints …. I just love it and will not wear any other kinds of walking shoes !
Besides great shoes, the customer service were amazing, I made a mistake on my orders, and requested cancellation with refund, and the company responded my request within 10 minutes and resolved the issue immediately, finally got my refund credited back to my account the next day ! I was deeply impressed by their efficiency and adequate execution of the matter ! Their customer service team was awesome and helpful…. I will buy the grounding shoes from this company again and again, also highly recommend it to my friends and everyone .

Grounded footwear has helped me so…
Grounded footwear has helped me so much. I was falling 2-3 times a month. It was getting serious because I knew I would end up getting injured. Getting old is no fun! These shoes are comfortable and easy to walk in. They allow my feet to feel the ground I’m walking on thus I am not falling at all! I didn’t think a shoe could help me solve a problem like falling but it certainly helped. My 34 yr old son moved in with me and he didn’t have comfortable shoes to wear to work, he is on his feet all day. One day I was looking for my shoes and then I thought he wore them! He wears an 11 I wear a 9. So after he bought him some shoes for working in restaurants he left them for me after walking on the back of the shoes. I ordered me another pair. Old pair is for outside work new ones are for in the house and going places. I love them.
