Everything was great booking was easy and the cost was very competitive. Jose was on time very friendly and did a great job. He was very thorough and we are very pleased with the service.

I booked an end of tenancy deep clean with Guruscleaning and the two cleaners were excellent. They left the property cleaner than I had thought possible and as a result the letting agency issued a full deposit return. Customer service on the phone was also very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I have used GurusCleaning for a deep cleaning, and whilst I had some issue with the cleaner allocated to my slot, I would like to praise Ruhail Malik for the follow up and understanding of the situation. Upon sending the email regarding the issues, he promptly replied and within 24h, we agreed on the cost and solved the issue. Things can go wrong from time to time, but showing willingness to address and solve what goes wrong is an important part of managing a good company!

Please don't call this company for cleaning your home. It's a complete waste of money. We purchased a new flat and wanted it deep cleaned. I'm also pregnant and didn't want to do it myself. Long story short I had to reclean everything myself. I asked for a partial refund and they have taken time until it was too late to get the money back.

The lady that did the cleaning was very friendly and did a good job.

Unfortunately, despite making two bookings, one a week in advance, and one two weeks in advance, I didn't get to experience the cleaning services this company has to offer. Both the bookings were cancelled by them a couple of days before.
They were not able to offer another booking until almost two weeks later which was not suitable.
I understand sometimes these things happen so I was forgiving of the first cancellation, but to cancel two is appalling service. One is for my Mum who is disabled and struggles with cleaning, which I let them know, so I'm especially annoyed they cancelled her booking which was the one I made two weeks in advance.

At least they communicated adequately or I would of given one star.

The company made great effort to keep a good communication regarding the job scope, change of schedule and when the cleaning lady would arrive on the day ect.
My tenant moved out and left the house in a real mess. The cleaning lady did a thorough job and the house is in an excellent state again. Will recommend and use again.

Guruscleaning were polite, quick to respond and flexible about adjusting to my timings at short notice. The cleaner was brilliant and did an amazing job with my flat, end of tenancy cleaning.

Terrible experience with Guruscleaning. Booked an end of tenancy clean for 8:00am Monday morning, booked well in advance. Got a text message late on Saturday night telling me they were changing the time to 11:30-12:30. I had to reschedule my entire day. When the cleaners arrived they didn’t seem to want to clean the windows, had a tense conversation with them then they left without doing any cleaning! I had to find other cleaners on the day I was checking out of the house. Not recommended.

Omer and Hatice did an amazing job in my apartment in Edinburgh! They were really thorough and they cleaned more than they had to. Would definitely recommend using Guruscleaning from my experience!
