Guruscleaning was professional when booking. They were very easy to reach and communicate with. They were able to meet our needs and find us a suitable cleaner. Their pricing is very competitive.

I am very happy with the cleaning of my flat, I genuinely feel that the cleaners went above board and beyond to administer a very excellent job. I have no complaint or fault but praise and gratitude for the brilliant work which they done.

DO NOT BOOK. STAY CLEAR AND SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF AND MONEY. If I could give zero stars I would. A company that I truly believe have no idea what they are doing. It seemed they accepted my booking out of greed as they didn't actually have suitable cleaners ready. I had booked an end of tenancy clean as I am moving out of my flat and everything seemed to be booked and confirmed for Thursday. That was until the night before and I received an email to say that it has been confirmed that my booking was now moved to Friday morning. I wasn't aware of any changes until I got the email saying that is what has happened. I explained to Ruhail that Friday would not work as that's when I hand the keys over and that I booked Thursday for a reason. He didn't seem to understand that and continued to talk to me in a very disrespectful manner and laugh down the phone as he explained that Friday worked better for him. Where I hear and understand that, I did not book for Friday. I did ask if I needed to find someone last minute instead, he said I didn't and let me know that the original booking would be going ahead.

On the day of the booking, the cleaner was an hour early and I received an email to ask she could start, I explained that she was early and I wasn't at the property. When I got to the property, I let her in and explained everything she may need to know and that I'll be back in a couple of hours as the landlady will be having a look at the property. When myself and my husband returned the first thing our landlady said to us was that we needed to have a word with the cleaner because she (the cleaner) said that the bathroom was completed but it's nowhere near a professional clean. I double checked with the cleaner and she confirmed the bathroom was done. Words can't explain the shock and confusion of seeing a bathroom that doesn't look like it's been touched. We didn't leave it in a bad state but this was nowhere near clean, let alone a professional one. The simplest things were still grubby like shampoo residue around the bath and the sink basin. I made the cleaner aware a few times and asked if she could clean it again. We did leave a bit worried about the standard of cleaning, especially after paying so much. I decided to speak to Ruhail to make sure she wouldn't leave before I could see the finished job and he assured me that I wouldn't have anything to worry about. Some time later I had to call my mum over to look after my 7 month old baby so I could go back to the property as something told me it wasn't going to be plain sailing. I wasn't wrong. I entered the bathroom first and shocked to see that the bathroom still hadn't been touched but again she said it was finished. I pointed it out again and after she said and gestured that she couldn't do it, I had to lick my thumb and wipe part of it clean to show how easy it is. It continued like that throughout the property and I was there for nearly 30 minutes having to point out the most obvious of cleans to a supposedly professional.

I spoke to Ruhail again and expressed my shock  and disappointment with the service and price for this. He didn't seem to understand my frustration in having to stand over a cleaner and tell her to clean very obvious things over and over again. Like any cleaning business that charge a high rate for an end of tenancy clean, you expect to walk in to a property happy and satisfied with the job. Not then spend 30 minutes pointing things out and having to wait to see if she would finally clean it. It was especially annoying as I'm both working from home but also have to get my little girl to bed. Ruhail again just laughed at me down the phone and spoke to me in ways I haven't been spoken to by a 'professional' in some time. There was a moment where I thought we were being conned and the whole business front was a lie.

In the end I had to tell her to leave as I couldn't stay for any longer and I will now have to give the property a final wipe over. Absolutely not what I paid for and I really urge anyone else considering this company to save yourself the hassle and money. Truly confused how they are in business. Good luck to them and anyone who chooses to use them.

The level of cleaning surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend, and will definitely use them again.
