The cleaner (sorry 8 forgot the name) was fantastic, came in time did a professional job and we got our full deposit back, I highly recommend this company.

Very very bad service no professionals, no time punctual I waited 2 hrs for the cleaners and they didn’t truned up I have to go and pick them 15 min walk after that they start deep cleaning at 4 and they finished by 10 without work satisfactory end of the day I wasted my time and my day. Next day I called them to rebook the cleaning they said they don’t have any cleaners for next 2 weeks it’s ridiculous and they said they won’t charge me for this service but my time and day wasted I have to look for new cleaner now .Don’t ever booked guru cleaners ever very unprofessional and very bad

Lastly they don’t use any good cleaner liquid it’s normal cif which can be used nu anyone don’t follow the website it’s all lies. I don’t want anyone to trap in this

I did set this company a huge task. I did wonder if i was expecting too much. The lounge was a battlefield. Huge pile of items in the middle of the room. I did explain the condition to be fair to them. They didnt ask for money up front just card details. 2 ladies cleaned the flat from top to bottom inside windows as well. All carpets where applicable. The carers that came in next day couldnt believe it. They just asked
someone to sign off their work. Would definately use their services again. They took the time to agree times suitable for us and nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to you 2 ladies.

I booked an end of tenancy deep clean with GurusCleaning and the two cleaners they sent were excellent. They left the property cleaner than I had thought possible and as a result the letting agency issued a full deposit return. Customer service on the phone was also very friendly.
