An amazing company, such a great selection of plants and any time I had a question it was answered right away!
And order was delivered really quickly!

Received a beautiful Schefflera plant from here as a gift from my Mum. Unfortunately after a month my plant started to suffer, lost a huge amount of leaves and one of the stalks turned black - this was through my poor care - leaving it in a cold draughty spot with no sunshine. I emailed the company for advice. Emily replied and provided comprehensive advice to help my plant. One month on and my plant is now happy and growing nicely. Thankful I don't have to admit to my Mum that I killed her present !!

Fantastic customer service! Ran into a little issue with my order that was addressed super quickly and so generously. Bought a Thai Constellation monstera that was very kindly upgraded for free!! I placed an order with them and paid postage they cancelled the order saying they could not pay the extra postage to the Isle of Wight does not cost much to send 2 small plants to the Isle of Wight. So don’t bother with this company what terrible experience for a first time customer.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I was given a gift card to Happy Houseplants which is how I stumbled upon their website. Firstly, they have the most beautiful gorgeous plants that I hadn’t seen in other places! And secondly, when they arrived, they were healthy green shiny plants which is exactly what I expect whenever I get new plants but don’t always get in real! And finally, the team at Happy Houseplants was extremely extremely hands on and so wonderful to talk to for delivery tracking etc. I’m already on the website while writing this looking for my next set of plants!

1 plant lost and another damaged by delivery service. Both were replaced immediately. I now have a houseful of beautiful, healthy plants. Highly recommended.

I have now bought 3 plants from Happy Houseplants. Each plant is great and they’ve been growing beautifully. Customer service has also been excellent, always quick to reply and very helpful. Delivery was fast.

Order was delayed because the growers "forgot to put item on the truck". Then when my order did arrive to them I was told it was the wrong thing. wouldn't recommend.

Love, love, love Happy Houseplants. The plants are happy and so am I. They arrived very, very well packaged and boxed in perfect condition. They are all thriving - my only problem is that I’m getting addicted and can’t wait to place my next order.

Highly recommended - and I haven’t mentioned the huge choice and great prices.
