Happy Houseplants Avis 

I recently purchased 3 plants, after unpacking and repotting I can say only one is in excellent condition, Monstera oblique leaves look shrivelled, brown and distressed. I messaged company with video and haven’t even received an acknowledgment

More importantly silver pothos had two recent no root cuttings just plopped into soil so it looks larger than it actually is.

So pothos started to deteriorate so I investigated roots… it’s not one mature plant but several relatively young cuttings… not impressed at all… Monstera leaves just gone to mush so has to bin it now this with pothos. Granted company did refund me for Monstera but point is 2/3 plants are actually poor quality.

I wish I went to my local plant shop now

I've wanted a Monstera Albo for absolutely ages and previously only seen uprooted single leaves for sale, so when I saw a full plant at an affordable (albeit still expensive!) price I decided to order. The plant thoroughly exceeded my expectations and is much larger than I imagined, packaged beautifully with obvious care and delivered with a fully tracked service. The plant itself is gorgeous, healthy and has a nice root structure. I'm delighted I found this wonderful seller and already stalking my next purchase. Thank you so much.

The plants I ordered online arrived well packaged (plastic free), in excellent condition. They were well established and healthy, so excellent value compared to what was on offer from other places.

The shop seems to stock some unusual varieties, sadly I’m too far away to visit (looks gorgeous), but I’d happily buy online from them again and recommend them with no reservations.

A great selection of plants, was posted very quickly and efficiently with DPD who frankly are the best! Packaging was all eco friendly and recyclable, very well packed plant and pot.
Plant was of beautiful quality and good price considering the cost of some rare plants.

The Alocasia and Monstera I received are both absolutely gorgeous, and I didn’t expect the Dragon Scale to be nearly as big as it is. They were both packaged super securely, so despite the courier having been Royal Mail, everything arrived in one piece.
I’m super happy with my purchase, and all the leaves have arrived happy and healthy! Will definitely buy from here again, keeping an eye out for a Red Secret at the moment 😁

Brilliant service and shipped and delivered so fast. Found the site as I was looking for a Jewel Orchid and ended up buying 3 more beauties that I found. I was surprised to receive a message to say I had been partially refunded and thought something may have been out of stock since ordering. On arrival there was a note to say they had refunded the price of my orchid as it didn't quite look like the picture on site. I'm extremely pleased with what arrived, including my Jewel Orchid, and I thought that was such a nice gesture that you very rarely see. I have never bought plants from online before and was in two minds as you don't have the option to choose the best available yourself but I will be buying from Happy Houseplants going forward. Amazing! I ordered 3 x Oxalis Triangularis/Purple Shamrock. Was kept well updated on the delivery, they arrived on time and extremely well packaged. The plants themselves are bushy, healthy and beautiful looking with lots of flowers, which is an added bonus. Very happy, would definitely buy again from here and would recommend 100%. Many thanks!

I’ve just purchased a rescue box (my second one) and I am over the moon with the plants I’ve received. All 4 plants were in really good condition (only had to cut off a couple of brown leaves) and what I received was way more than I paid. I’ll be buying more rescue boxes as it’s a great was to get fantastic plants a little cheaper (and to be honest the rescue plants were in better condition than plants I’ve bought from shops at full price). It now feels like the only way to buy plants. Highly recommend. Get on the email waiting list as they sell out very quickly.

Great communication and service from Happy Houseplants.
My delivery address had auto-filled a mix two addresses without me noticing until my order had been shipped. I contacted customer service and informed them, and they got back in touch once the order had been returned to them by Royal Mail - my order was then re-shipped promptly and I wasn’t charged for the second delivery which was a nice surprise.

I recieved a small string of hearts and a golden pothos recently which both came in excellent condition with some lovely new growth and arrived promptly.
Originally I asked for the pothos to be removed from my order and I was refunded with no problem, although when the pothos still arrived (I was delighted!) I emailed mark who said it was their treat and gave me some great advice on the plants care!
I will definitely order from here again as they delivered height quality plants and friendly customer service. Thank you Mark!

Not only do they have an amazing choice of reasonably priced plants, the two I ordered arrived in pristine condition. They cover the soil so nothing leaks out, the plants were well protected and the box had been respected by their delivery partners. Finally, the two plants I ordered were gorgeous specimens: not a damaged leaf or hint of disease/dryness, and both with multiple new leaves ready to unfurl. Following this shop on Instagram I suspected their love for plants would shine through, and it has. Thank you Happy Houseplants, I am now a Happy Houseplant Owner 🙂

Have never used this site before but have to say service was very good. Efficient, great quality plants arriving thoroughly and carefully wrapped as delivered by post. Definitely recommend. In fact I emailed the company direct to complement them, having ordered other plants from other sites and got poor specimens I felt praise was due.

I bought some plants and got some nice advice on how to take care of them. When one of my orders went missing they sent me another right away. These guys are great and trustworthy.
