Have never used this site before but have to say service was very good. Efficient, great quality plants arriving thoroughly and carefully wrapped as delivered by post. Definitely recommend. In fact I emailed the company direct to complement them, having ordered other plants from other sites and got poor specimens I felt praise was due.

I bought some plants and got some nice advice on how to take care of them. When one of my orders went missing they sent me another right away. These guys are great and trustworthy.

I bought three plants, they came in a box all crushed. Two of them were SUPER dry. Apart from that, the size was miniature compared to the photos shown on the website.
Another thing to say is that I am new to plants so I asked them for recommendations via email, they respond late and the answers were without enthusiasm, no recommendation, no advice, nothing. simply "They are both gorgeous plants". (This goes especially for Mark who was the person in charge of Sales)

Great customer service after I mistakenly used the wrong shipping address on my order which was a gift. The team organised a replacement order at no extra cost. My family member was really pleased with the plant and pot, it looks lovely.

I've bought several beautiful plants from this company. They really care about their products and how they do business - for example they work with The Plant Rescuer to help reduce plant wastage - everything come carefully packaged and their customer care is second to none. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a Plant Rescuer box and, unfortunately, the way in which the plants were packaged led to further damage. To pre-empt the response this review may get, yes, I know that the plants were already damaged, but I assume that leaves that were not attached to the plant and completely snapped stems were not included in the original package. Further to this, the plants were inverted, which led to 50% of the *bone dry* soil falling out of one of the pots.

Edit: Thankfully the original response to my review has been edited, but I have not received a response to my follow up email which included photos of the damage. I think it is important to note that I don't need advice on how to care for these plants. There is unfortunately nothing I can do with leaves which have snapped or are dying above the nodes.

I have purchased houseplants on many occasions a lot of them being the rare plants from happy houseplants.
I have always received what is shown in the website and never been disappointed with them.
The packaging is done with a lot of care and with wet tissues in the soil so the plants reach in good condition.
Thanks to happy houseplants, I now have a good collection of rare houseplants.

Ordered a beautiful large houseplant (well house tree really!), the Bengal Fig, and I am very happy with my purchase. All communication with the company was great, I ordered a pot to go with the tree that wasn’t the right size, and they emailed me immediately to let me know and offer an alternative or refund. Communication around delivery and delivery service also great. Would recommend.

Happy Houseplants has been the BEST experience (and I've purchased from a handful of plant delivery services in London). The superb customer experience started with the selection of plants, across budgets and including some rare ones that I haven't seen elsewhere. I bought a mix of huge (c. 160 cm) and small plants, and Mark hand-delivered them. He was prompt and friendly, undoing the packaging so the big plant could get settled in ASAP. When we realized that one was missing (probably because we had such a great convo!) he was kind enough to come back at the end of his shift with it - all with a smile and really positive energy. I can't wait to return and try new plants / refill their vegan plant food. Thanks for helping me grow my home jungle, Mark & Emily!

I purchased a very large and expensive (£300) Palm tree from this company for my mother's birthday. That same month the palm started to die. I reached out to the company ask for an explanation or exchange and they never returned my emails. Complete buyer's remorse.

EDIT: In response to this company's reply. It's sad that it took a 1-star review to finally get a reply after multiple emails.

Moreover, I find it suspicious that another reviewer also had issues with the palm tree that was supplied by this company and was subsequently ignored.

Instead of acknowledging that they sent out unhealthy plants, Happy Houseplants simply ignored emails. Luckily, I found a great alternative company to source all of my plants from now on.

Beautiful plants, delivered quickly in great condition. All of the plants that I have received are stunning and the customer service team have gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered. I really can’t fault this company - excellent products and exceptional customer service.

My husband surprised me with an amazing plant palm tree 🌴....arrived relatively quick so when it did i didn't know how to look after it or how often i need to water them ....on the website says the plant likes to be in the natural light and basically water it less in the winter time ....so that wasn't necessary helpful....so i did try to contact them via Instagram on Nov 21 and i had only one question if theyll be able to help me out with how often i need to water it ...and DISAPPOINTINGLY NOBODY EVEN REPLIED TO MY TXT AND TODAY IS DEC 11 DEFINITELY NOT SOMETHING I EXPECTED .....THE COMMUNICATION THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR BASICALLY ITS A 0* I MUST SAY BUT ITS A LOVELY PLANT
