Booked a ski trip with Heidi only to discover that they had booked flights without baggage. Of course it's in the small print, but if you're the type of company that artificially deflates your prices by leaving essential elements out, possibly causing massive inconvenience to your customer, you can't score over 3 stars. We'll see if they keep that rating after I'm back from the trip.
Edit: day one, and I just had to ask the coach driver to take us to the hotel rather than a random spot in the vicinity, since he didn't even know which village we were staying in. Down to 2 stars.
Edit: coming towards the end of my trip and it is clear that Heidi helps you put together the various bits of a holiday, but it does not provide the customer-facing wrap-around experience. A regular ski company would ensure a smooth door to door transfer, but Heidi's customer focus is on before you fly. That experience was very good, as I was steered to an excellent hotel in a very good resort that I'd never heard of in 40 years of skiing. But I would use Heidi as a convenient aggregator of holiday elements, not as a regular holiday operator.
Just picking up on Heidi's comments, I was not told baggage was not included, it was in the small print, and that is something a regular operator would never do. If it was a little clearer in what it does do and what it doesn't, then it definitely fills a gap in the market, however.

Transfer disaster- Currently on holiday in the alps and transfers booked via Heidi. Just informed two days prior to departure that our transfer is 3 hours earlier than scheduled so we’ll have a 5hr 45 minute wait at airport. Booked later flights with Heidi at extra cost so that we wouldn’t have to leave resort early, but now leaving at 6:30 for 14:30 flight. Heidi put onus and blame to third party but our contract is with a Heidi not third party transfer. Heidi have scripted excuses and fob off via email. Arrival at resort 2.5 hours later than advised and leaving 3 hours earlier - absolute rubbish!
Following transfer there were no weather or traffic issues which I would imagine that this would be blamed on. I am 100% sure this is as known and arranged prior to booking so paying extra for flights at reasonable hours was a waste of money!

Heidi is the most user friendly website which allows you to tailor make your perfect ski trip. There are so many options that it is necessary to add in numerous filters to reduce the number of choices! If you are still unable to decide, the staff are incredibly helpful with suggestions and knowledge of the resorts. I would recommend Heidi to anyone who wants a fabulous holiday!!!!

Heidi did a great job organizing everything tbh i usually book it all myself separately but I don’t have the time on this occasion but I was quite shocked at how quick and helpful they were so I would use there service in the future.

Have used Heidi on a number of occasions. I like being able to go for just a couple of days rather than a whole week. Always excellent. Great choice of resorts and wide range of prices to suit all. I’ve already booked for 2027 and, this year, Abbie was particularly helpful in making my decision to try somewhere new. Nothing was too much trouble, she answered all my questions with speed and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble despite my change of mind on a few occasions. Thanks so much. Will be back to book for 2028!

I decided to call the agent directly rather than book through the website as I had a few questions about flight bookings, luggage etc. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, she had knowledge of the resort I was thinking of booking. My call was answered almost immediately. I feel at ease knowing there is someone on the end of the phone rather than it all being done remotely. I would definitely recommend this company to book ski package with.
