From our first communication with Heidi we had great customer service. Booking a holiday with a with an 11 mth old can sometimes be difficult but Lucy our representative talked us through the holiday and made sure that everything we needed was catered for. From the flight, private transfer and highchair/cot at the accommodation. This is the first time with have booked with Heidi but would definitely recommend.

Easy to book holiday online, great hotel and easy to find all details online about flights, lift passes, transfers, etc. I also made use of the 20% off with Mountain Warehouse. Only frustrating thing was the group bus transfers between Geneva and Val Thorens (Alpine Fleet) with a lot of waiting (expected) and confusion about the change at Moûtiers from the bus driver and nearly being taken to Val d’Isère!

We have just returned from our first ski trip organised by Heidi and it was amazing from beginning to end. The flights went smoothly, the transfers too, the resort had everything we could have asked for, the accommodation was clean, central and purposeful. Equipment rental and ski passes waiting for us upon arrival... We are so grateful for such an easy experience. We highly recommend Heidi.

The accommodation was very good and was all put together in one with transfer and skis and everything. We had a great holiday except for flights which easyjet let us down on by actually cancelling the outbound flight and massively delaying the return flight.

It was really easy to book the holiday- the woman I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and extremely patient! She was able to make some good suggestions to improve our holiday plans and we were grateful for the excellent communication. We were sent all the paperwork and links well in advance and it was easy to book into our hotel and then get ski passes and ski rental equipment. Thank you!

We chose to travel with Heidi over February half term - our holiday was an expensive disappointment with v poor customer service - 6 weeks now since we returned and despite Heidi initially offering me £300 compensation they have neither paid this out or even provided a response to my follow up correspondence. If you book with Heidi be prepared for a lot of hard work and hidden costs - for us this included an additional £400 for luggage which we were unaware of until check in en route to the airport (luggage not included - who doesn't need luggage on a ski holiday?!). Poor transfer times and a drop off/collection point a 25minute walk from our accomodation - challenging with three children in our party under 11. Pick up on the return was at 4am despite flight not leaving until midday - this involved us having to walk 25 minutes along a dark road in the middle of the night with small children while struggling with our luggage and felt quite unsafe. Heidi offered to pay for a taxi to the collection point - had they researched the area they would know that no taxi driver in Bourg St Maris is prepared to get up at 3.30am to drive us a mile down the road! Ski hire option from Heidi was no where near the slopes so after speaking with them we made our own arrangements but as newcomers to Les Arcs didn't realise ski lockers were booked up 9 months in advance - we booked our holiday 12 months in advance it would have been helpful if they'd mentioned this and we could have made arrangements. Instead we had no choice but to lug our own and our childrens ski equipment to and from the hotel to the funicular (25minute walk) then up and down the funicular every day - this almost broke us. As 'ski specialists' why are they recommending this hotel to families with young children? I struggle to see what value booking with Heidi added to our holiday, the holiday seemed good value when booking but don't be fooled, once I added up what we ended up spending I realised we could have stayed half board at a ski in - ski out hotel with crystal and it would have been hassle free. We won't be making this mistake again!

Good communication and quick responses to questions and alterations. The booking process for the different options needed was easy and when at resort all hire , lessons and accommodation that were involved worked. Transfers were efficient and on time and our holiday was a pleasant time without any drama.

I guess some of the plaudits go to Easyjet and the transfer company (Four Seasons), but full marks to Heidi for what was easily the smoothest ski holiday experience ever.
