Zell am See was a good location for both skiers and non-skiers. The staff at Hotel Latini were friendly and helpful and the food was good.

Very good communication when we emailed but would have liked more help and advice for ski passes and ski lessons. We were given links but weren't very confident about what to choose as it was first time for family.

Easy booking and all information sent with correct info such as location and lift pass collection, ski hire location. Private transfers on time.

The inbound flight time that was published for the booking was not secured and the 2 alternatives offered - one at 7am requiring a transfer at 2am or the latest flight at 9pm. There was an earlier flight at 5pm but was informed it was “too expensive” so was not offered.

Just returned from a trip booked through Heidi. Whole process was very straightforward from start to finish. Very pleased with help from Hattie in finding a holiday/accommodation that suited our needs.

Loved it all. Such a good holiday. Booking and all details were spot on!
Accommodation was perfect- very well equipped kitchen, pool and sauna facilities etc. Bed not made up when we arrived at 1am however. And it wasn’t explained about WiFi and shuttle bus so maybe a welcome letter with this detail on would have been useful.
Ski school, lift passes and transfers were all well communicated and well planned. Defo would book again!

From our first communication with Heidi we had great customer service. Booking a holiday with a with an 11 mth old can sometimes be difficult but Lucy our representative talked us through the holiday and made sure that everything we needed was catered for. From the flight, private transfer and highchair/cot at the accommodation. This is the first time with have booked with Heidi but would definitely recommend.
