Hello Fresh lives upto its name. Super fresh, delicious and healthy meals. I’ve had superb salads alongside barramundi, salmon, sirloin steak etc. And the cost is very reasonable. Terrific service as well.

I look forward to cooking up my HelloFresh meals for the family. The quality of the ingredients is always very good and I have weighed up the cost compared to everyday grocery shopping and it very comparative. I don’t have to think about what to cook the very well organised recipe cards do that for me and the great selection of meals is always very exciting. I don’t get a box every week and can easily skip or add to my orders.

Products are good service is appalling
Products are good. But the customer service doesn't know what they're talking about they're full of 💩.
When I first signed up I couldn't pay because their payment system is spesh. So they told me payment comes out of Thursday. It doesn't. It comes out on Wednesday. Then when my payment failed, they said "ma'am I assure you your delivery is coming this Sunday" even though they cancelled it without giving me a chance to pay for it even after calling them straight away on the day. Lo and behold the deliver did NOT come and as I was expecting they honestly don't know what they're talking about.
The actual food is ok even tho they forgot 2 ingredients in a few occasions. You can't use a service like this that has a crap team behind it. It's just not possible.

Great meal kits.
Majority of meals have been delicious and easy to make. The variety to choose from is very good. Ease of ordering and delivery is good. Only have had 1 issue, being the wrong recipe card supplied.
