Convenient Meals delivered to your door
We have been receiving deliveries for tge last 6 months. I love that everything comes in the bag ready to go and the recipes are easy to follow so even my kids can help get the meals ready. It also saves having to think about what to cook each week

Good service and variety of meal choices.
Delivery is always when advised and communication on the delivery is good. There is a wide choice of meals available to select from. We order for two people and the quantity is always sufficient. The quality of the products including the various meats provided is high.

I love hello fresh for my small family
I love hello fresh for my small family. I find getting the meals in the pre portioned sizes means I waste less food as there is only 2 of us. I also love the range of meals, and find I cook things I would never have normally cooked, bringing lots of variety to the dinner table.

A short term solution ended up becoming ongoing because it’s brilliant!
I would highly recommend HelloFresh. We decided to sign up when I was about to have my second baby, so my husband could cook meals I had chosen without worrying what to cook me or how to cook it. A year later we are still signed up. As a mother, decision fatigue is wild so I love that the choice is made for me. I’m vegetarian so there’s often only a few meals to choose from but that’s okay. However I would love if there was a feature where I could choose past favourite meals as some meals don’t come back around very often and I miss them. I also really enjoy that there’s very little food waste as we are given only the ingredients needed for each meal. I’ve told all my family and friends how great it is, I would recommend!

Be very careful with the payments they take out . They have said one of my payments was over due I paid it manually in the app with proof of payment but it still has not updated . They don't reply to emails and try to forward it on to debt collector. They don't reply to online chat and they use a bot or ignore your requests

Edited: thank you for this. It would be appreciated if like all other deliveries I have it could be placed behind the pillar out of votes from the road and elements. It is east then to open the flyscreen and drag it in. Everyone’s screens open out soo a a little more thought on placements by all drivers would make it more appreciated.
CON: why do the deliverers put the box right at the front door? Why can’tI specify a special place, like to the right of the door. Makes it very difficult to drag the box inside when on crutches. What a ridiculous place to put a box!
PRO: love the new bags and keeps everything much better. Would love to see the reduced plastic packaging for the salad and pre prepared veggies.
Loving the fact that not everything has sweet potato, and are definitely more size appropriate. Loving the meals all over again

wrote a review last week and like many other reviews I see a response that they will be in touch to discuss.. lies! noone has contacted me. first meal was worth $6.53 had i bought the ingredients at Coles. 2nd meal is supposed to be lamb with salsa Verde, last I checked salsa Verde is NOT coriander lemon juice n olive oil. all meals absolutely no flavours, lamb, coleslaw with olive oil n lemon juice (on coleslaw?!?) and some concoction passed off as salsa Verde. absolute rip off and tasteless boring meals
