I was going to order this because my…
I was going to order this because my friend does and her meals are lovely. However, they don't deliver to my town. I chose some meals and was going to have it delivered to my work when I saw that it may not arrive until 6pm I didn't confirm the order. They have tried to take payment around 4 times until finally 'cancelling' my order today. I use an account that I only transfer $$ into when I'm buying something, otherwise it's empty - for good reason! Really disappointed with this company's ethics.

Good Variety of Recipes
The variety of recipes has greatly improved since I last used Hello Fresh a few years ago and we have been enjoying our meals.
The deliveries have been on time and there haven't been any mistakes with our orders.
The one criticism that I have is with the quality of some of the vegetables. In most cases, there is no issue if the veggies are 2nd grade quality. However, in other cases, quality really does matter especially when the meals are vegetarian. Sliced mushrooms in particular should be fresh, clean and free from compost. You can clean whole mushrooms but cleaning sliced mushrooms is another matter.

4 easy steps
I usually get the quick and easy range which suits me because I work long days.all produce is fresh. Protein could be increased. I would like more options for add ons as meals are quite small.

Quick and easy meal kit that’s healthy, simple and easy to follow recipe and cook. You don’t have to worry about what to cook after work because you can just pick whatever you feel like having for that day. And voila! Get all the ingredients out of the bag and start cooking! It’s usually ready in about 20-30mins (not including your breaks in between)

We have only been using hello fresh for…
We have only been using hello fresh for about 2 weeks I love that the bag coincide with the number on the recipe sheet. Which made it quick and easy after a busy day at work.
My only feed back is that the ingredients/amounts and pantry items on the left hand side that are in a light colour needs to be a little bigger and darker in colour to make is easier to read.

I cancelled the 2nd box but was too late it came so I rang again but another box has arrived I am a pensioner on my own and had visitors staying that was the reason to order and I have requested and requested pick up and credit soooo please credit my card and DoNot Send anymore
