Good recipes, service needs improvement
Delivery was later than the time it said, the quality of the meat varies, sometimes great, sometimes not so much.
When I tried previously, the recipes came with printed instruction cards. There were no printed instructions this time. I understand the need to be mindful of the environment, but to create an option to include the cards would make sense.
The recipes themselves are delicious, and instructions are easy to understand.

So Far So Good - But will be watching for Quality
The meals are interesting and simple to prepare.
Sometimes I add my own touches, as I am generally a good cook.
I've noticed the cost of groceries has dropped, since HelloFresh has everything you need.
We only have 3 Dinners a week, and that works for the whole week.
I just hope that the quality and variety remain consistent, as I have seen reviews that say the quality changes the longer you have the subscription, so I will be keeping an eye on that
Definitely recommend even if just to try at first. .

Fresh vegetables are often damaged old or mouldy. Often when opening box within minutes of delivery products are crushed, or poor quality. Eg: cucumber broken in two, zuchinni squashed and mouldy x several times.

This is amongst the dodgiest businesses…
This is amongst the dodgiest businesses I have come across. You have to enter your details to see what the offer and cost is. And all of a sudden you have placed an order whether you like it or not. And couldn’t cancel unless I rang the call centre. I was so shocked. I might have been a customer but now I never will be. You can’t force people into an order.
