Guarantee not worth a penny
Bought a gazebo from them in August last year. Used it for the first time last weekend, May bank holiday, and it broke when setting it up.
The frame broke in 5 places, all at the joins in the crossmembers.
I sent photos and they admitted it was a manufacturers defect, as the damage was all at the same points in the frame.
They offered me a new frame which I initially accepted, then I refused as I was concerned the same thing would happen.
I also informed them the roof was damaged when the frame collapsed.
They then told me the roof had been damaged from the frame blowing over, which wasn't true, and they refused liability after accepting liability.
This tells you everything you need to know about this company.
Don't buy from them.
Their guarantee isn't worth a penny.
I'm now going to have to go through the small claims court.

We have been selling our Hercules Gazebos for the past 14 years and not once has a gazebo steel frame ever snapped in multiple places on first time erecting as this should not be possible.
You advised the steel frame snapped in 5 places while erecting for the first time after having it for 9 months which we were skeptical. We did decide to honour a new frame even though we knew the damage was done whilst in your ownership especially at a time we had had very strong winds, but out of goodwill we decided to help on this occasion.
Therefore we accepted your claim that the gazebo was damaged due to a defect based on the initial photos you shared. Unfortunately you neglected to provide the rest of the photos which clearly showed damaged sustained to the gazebo that was caused by external factors which was not the fault of the gazebo as we were initially lead to believe.
We would not have accepted a claim for a defective gazebo initially if we had been provided with the full extent of the damage to begin with.
Our thousands of positive feedback both on here, Google, eBay etc gives a true indication of our company and products sold.

They are well made, strong and stand up very well to winds.
We use these for fundraising events for a dog rescue. When set up in a field, we never worry about the gazebos being damaged by winds, even when others around us are flapping around. Even with sides attached to ours.
Really recommend these.
