I really like the explanation and how…

I really like the explanation and how the slides are structured. It is really helpful. My only concern is, the video is fast so if you don't give close attention to it, you might miss the explanation.

"Your High Skills Training membership can be cancelled at any time. Please contact us here if you have any questions regarding a payment made to your account. To cancel, log in to your Members Area and access your student profile section by clicking the profile button. You can cancel your membership and benefits by going to the Membership and Payments tab and following the procedures."
But this doesn't exist and it's only possible to cancel if you contact them, seems untrustworthy to me.

Misleading.

I undertook a course in Cat First Aid, CPR and Emergency Care. I found that the course covered a lot of theory, but offered no practical guidance. I had hoped to find videos or photograps showing how to perform CPR, how to dress a wound on different parts of the body etc - but instead there were vague explanations and AI generated images which did not relate to the content. There was even a unit on legal considerations for babysitting and child welfare....in a cat first aid course. I also paid for certificates when buying the course, only to find i hadn't actually bought the certificate, I had just bought a discount! Very misleading indeed.

Great Opportunity

Recently enrolled in the trauma- informed care training course and browsed a few other courses I would be interested in, so I purchased the year subscription on offer and have completed another one (bereavement and grief counselling) as well as enrolling in two more. I'm going to take advantage of the membership and continue learning using their resources which are great- especially liked the Bereavement and Grief course where the tutor guided you through the slides. When needing any help, the chat box is there to offer support and I have been aided by a friendly and helpful person called Anthony Higgins who helped me gain certificates. Thank you!

The courses are on offer at the moment…

The courses are on offer at the moment however, what they do not tell you is that you have to pay for your certificates and its PER COURSE (there were 7 courses in my bundle). Nearly £50 just for a certificate to be emailed over - not happy in the slightest.
