Excellent experience
I had a couple of issues initially with logging in and correcting the certificate, of which Anthony Higgins dealt with immediately and effectively to allow me to complete the course and print my certificate. The course itself was well presented, easy to follow and contained the information as advertised.

Easy company to learn with
This company is fantastic, easy to access the course and very easy to navigate around the site. Customer support are great very helpful and very quick responses, I had a customer support agent Mustafa Ahmed who supported me in accessing my certificate and supporting with my next best course, he was very efficient and professional. Don't use them!
I paid for a years open access. From day 1 the course doesn't save. I've restarted my first course a few times. Ive contacted them. Thry say its fixed, then the same thing happens again. This has been ongoing for weeks. Asked for a full refund. I got told they'd fix it. They haven't. Absolutely disgusting.
No refund. Nothing but promises that are not kept

Was having some difficulties logging in and also getting my certificate, Anthony on the online chat was a considerable help, arranging my certificate and also resetting my login details, very quickly sorted with no issues at all, links sent through, stayed on line until I confirmed I was logged in, gave me a link to the certificate, excellent customer service, thank you Anthony

It was focused on medical assistants and food safety rather than a general first aid course such as falls, cuts, abrasions etc.
