Complete Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, 365) is an excellent course, well structured and incredibly thorough. I have not used Microsoft Office in a professional setting before; this course has given me confidence and will hopefully boost my CV.

Efficient GDPR training

It’s okay. A lot of money for what it is - I done Office Administration & Receptionist Skills Training - Level 3 Diploma and just repeated every day tasks for my admin job good for older generation who need more knowledge on Microsoft office but younger than 50 I would not bother.

Would not recommend. Highly disappointing and completely unreliable.
My experience with High Skills Training has been extremely disappointing. I subscribed for a month, and from day 2 the platform became almost unusable — pages wouldn’t load, courses wouldn’t mark as complete, certificates and transcripts were inaccessible, and the additional resources never downloaded.
I reached out multiple times, but all I received were the same generic replies saying the issue “would be sorted soon.” Nothing was actually fixed. I tried completing both the Trauma-Informed Care and Resilient Leader courses, and each attempt was interrupted by technical glitches, freezing screens, or pages that simply wouldn’t open.
After days of ongoing issues and no effective support, it’s clear the platform does not deliver what it promises. I have requested a full refund as I was unable to access the services included in the subscription.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

Good overall
I had issues originally obtaining my final certificate. Spoke to Mustafa who speedily resolved my issue and provided me with an instant certificate as required. Overall the training was detailed and repeated key points to ensure the important points were remembered. The only way to have made a 5 star review was not to have chased the final certificate.
