Blij met mijn wasmachine
Sinds november heb ik een wasmachine van Homie. Ik ben er ontzettend blij mee. De wasmachine werd gratis geleverd, aangesloten en mijn oude machine werd meegenomen. Mijn ervaring is dat Beau van de klantenservice snel op mails reageert en goede hulp en informatie verleent. De wasmachine is rustig en trilt nauwelijks, mijn was komt er mooi schoon uit.

Love it, ideal for a person living alone. Very Eco-aware/friendly but also the perfect solution for renting a washing machine when you have a 1-person household since this way it is a lot cheaper than other washing machine renting compagnies!

Excellent for people who doesn't want to spend money on buying new machine. Delivery was fast and it was connected in 10 min.
You also get a lot of information and support. Washing machine was brand new and A+++ with a lot of washing programs.

Homie is very easy, fast and customer-friendly. At very beginning I have a problem for internet connection, Homie solved this problem very fast. The website is also very clear. Each time I have problem to email them, they always replied very fast and solved my problem. The washing machine is good, and I think the price is reasonable, especially there is no deposit at all. If you want to rent a washing machine, I will recommend this

Amazing service
Excellent idea, I love the eco-friendliness. Delivery took less than 24 hours and installation at most 15 minutes. The price came as a total surprise for me when I first saw it while browsing different options, no costs at all other than the pay-per-use. Homie's service is super convenient and pleasant, I could not recommend it enough. Thanks, Homie!

I love the concept
I love the concept, I love the execution. Really good for people who anyone who cares about sustainability. And if you don't care, also good when you're renting temporarily and you got no washing machine.

Highly recommend!
We have had our washing machine for 2 months and it has been great! The setup is very convenient for expats living here on a mid-term basis. They installed the washing machine within a few days after signing up. The customer service has been great, it is very good value and topping up our account online is very easy.

Zeer tevreden. De service was super. Van bestelling, contact tot levering, alles ging erg makkelijk en vlot.
Je ontvangt een zeer goede wasmachine thuis, deze wordt voor je gebracht (voor mij naar de 2e verdieping) én geïnstalleerd, zonder kosten. Daarbij was het gebruik de eerste maand ook nog eens gratis!
De machine is erg fijn, met meerdere standen en ben erg tevreden met het resultaat.
Ik zou Homie aan iedereen aanraden die een nieuwe wasmachine zoekt. Het wordt je allemaal erg gemakkelijk gemaakt en hebt een topmachine zonder vooraf te hoeven investeren.
Er zijn veel initiatieven om te zorgen voor minder milieuvervuiling en onnodig energieverbruik, maar vele werken (nog) niet omdat het mensen te veel moeite kost en ze er geen economisch voordeel in zien. Juist daarom vind ik Homie zo slim, want het maakt je niet alleen persoonlijk makkelijker, ook economisch gezien is het in de meeste gevallen voordeliger. Daarom zie ik een toekomst waarin er veel meer apparatuur wordt hergebruikt en daardoor minder onnodig word weggegooid.

Met Homie willen we voor iedereen goede energiezuinige A+++ apparaten beschikbaar maken. Ook voor mensen die minder te besteden hebben en niet zomaar grote uitgaves kunnen doen zoals het kopen van een wasmachine. Dit is ook de reden dat wij bijvoorbeeld geen borg vooraf vragen.

It is just a great idea! Ordering a washing machine is super easy and they deliver and install it super quickly and smoothly. Everything works perfectly, I pay only per use. Highly recommended!

Great company and excellent customer service
I've rented a washing machine from Homie for the last year and I absolutely love the idea. Signing up was super easy, the delivery was fast and without any problems. Customer service is excellent. I'm now moving to an area where they don't operate so I contacted them and they sent someone to pick up the washing machine within a few days. Highly recommend!

I just moved into a new place and…
I just moved into a new place and noticed that our local laundrette was expensive and not that clean, so I started looking into alternatives. I saw a bunch of sites that offered a washing machine for a monthly cost AND you still paid per wash, delivery and for them to pick it up after a year. But then I found Homie.
I thought it was too good to be true, honestly. Read through their contracts and even emailed them to make sure I had understood everything correctly. No deposit? No delivery fee? No installation fee? And no, I didn't have to pay any of those. Also, my first month would be totally free.
Their customer service have been quick to answer and the washing machine was delivered in less than 24 hours. I ordered it around 2pm and it was here around 9am the day after.
I can't recommend Homie enough to anyone who needs a washing machine. No more carrying stuff to a dirty laundrette and sit and wait. I can wash my clothes in my Homie washing machine whenever I want and I get an email when it's finished, so simple.
Sorry for the novel, but it's so very rare that I get to use a product that is this good and with this good service.
(The only thing I can give feedback on is that the delivery guy didn't know that the machine only worked on 2.4Ghz, and my wifi was currently only on 5ghz, but that was easily fixed)
