I bought a new indigo nails lamp and the delivery was fast and packed with care! I was very happy with my purchase they even added a uk eu adaptor and small present I will definitely buy again considering the amount of suppliers they offer ☺️

My experience was very disappointing. The order took far too long to arrive, and I never received any confirmation of postage. I even emailed to ask if it had been sent, as it was already overdue, but I received no response. With no order and no communication, I had to open a case with PayPal, and since I had all the evidence, I was refunded immediately.

A week later, the order finally arrived in the post. I then received a call asking me to close the case if I had received the order, which I did, and I returned the money.
Overall, the whole experience was shocking; slow postage, no communication, and very poor customer service. I definitely will not buy from this seller again.

I’m very happy with the service! Quick response from the seller and great help choosing the right filter after I ordered the wrong one the first time. I honestly couldn’t imagine better customer service. Thank you – highly recommend! I’ll definitely order again.

We’ve ordered an item with next day delivery by 3pm (which cost an extra £10). There was no information anywhere that the product was out of stock or that we would have to wait. After placing the order, we waited six days, and only when we contacted them ourselves did we find out they didn’t actually have the item.

At first, we agreed to wait, but when they still couldn’t tell us how long it would take, we politely asked for a refund since we couldn’t wait any longer. They refused. On top of that, the business owner was rude and unprofessional throughout.

They take orders without stock, refuse refunds, and treat customers terribly. Avoid this business at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a dust collector with next day service, but after 3 days I received no updates. When I finally reached the business owner, she admitted the item wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered, which was never mentioned when I purchased it.

Six days later, she told me the product was stuck at customs and could take up to 7 more days to clear. By this point I had already lost time, clients, and money, so I told her I couldn’t wait any longer and bought the product elsewhere. Despite this, she refused to give me a refund, claiming I had “agreed to wait.” Since then, she has stopped replying to my messages.

This company is dishonest and unreliable. They take your money without having the product in stock, make excuses, and then refuse refunds. Do not order from them—you risk losing both your time and your money.

Worst company to order through. Ordered a very expensive dust extractor and it has been 3 months and we haven’t received the product or a reply to anything! They just keep watching our messages on IG and not replying. It’s so so bad. An absolute scam company/shop with no good intentions! We have had to take it further without a choice. Anyone who uses HOB as a distributer needs to check who they are working with because they are not good advocates for their products

Zamówienie przyszło nie dość, że niekompletne (brak jednej bazy), to dodatkowo drugi produkt zostały wysłany w złym kolorze. Całkowity brak kontaktu - telefonu nikt nie odbiera, mail nieaktywny.

Not only was the order incomplete (one eyeshadow base missing), but the second product was also shipped in the wrong color. There's been a complete lack of communication – no one answers the phone, and email is inactive.

First time I have ordered from this company. Ordered on the Monday and my parcel was here the following day on standard delivery. Really surprised with the speed. Everything came wrapped really secure so no damaged items.
Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Do dziś tj. 13.07 brak jakiejkolwiek informacji na temat wysyłki.

Próbowaliśmy się kontaktować mailowo, telefonicznie - totalny brak reakcji.

Odradzam jeśli nie chcecie stracić pieniędzy.

Rediculous company to do business with.
Ordered back in April, took over a month to get the parcel. Either the products were open without safey seal or received something else that was not ordered originally!
There is no way to communicate with them only when you write a bad review, then they come back to you with "Apology".
3 months passed since, the wrong products RETURNED and NO REFUND proceeded, furthermore NO RESPONSE for e-mails and phone calls!
The "5 star experiences" are given by company for sure to save their b*tt on the market as they don't care for customers just want to get your money.
