House of Beauty Retail Ltd (BRITISH RETAILER) Avis

I am very disappointed and do not recommend, do not order from this site. Several times it turned out that there were no things that I ordered. I did not receive one of the products worth £ 30 because it turned out to be unavailable, the company stopped replying and answering my phone. When the product appeared on the website, I asked for it to be sent again, they finally wrote back that they had sent it, a total of 3 months have passed since the order and still. I have not received anything. No response from the company.

I initially left a 1 star review on here (Dec '24) because it was a disaster in so many ways, but I've ordered again 6 months later as its the only site that sells a certain product I like and hoped it would be okay and everything was so much better this time. My order was dispatched within a good time-frame, the products I ordered were in stock and received, packaging was totally different so possibly there have been alot of good upgrades over the last 6 months. Didn't need to contact customer services this time so not sure if that has upgraded too, but was a good smooth process to order this time so thank you!

Hi ,until now I ordered a couple of times from HoB, and I'm totally satisfied with the service that they provide, so if I could i wouldgive them 6⭐️. God communication ( mainly texts messages), quick and easy shopping and delivery. Recently I was in trouble, I needed pedi dust collector like right now, I contacted HoB and you will not believe I ordered new one with them at 6pm Tuesday and I recieved my parcel at Thursday by 10am. Not matter if you order is for big amount or small you will always get something extra ( sample or full volume gift) Highly recommend company 👌

Quick delivery and fantastic service. Order from here all the time never had any problem

FAKE WEBSITE! Ordered over 2 months ago and still no delivery! I have emailed to get a tracking number for a service I didn't pay for instead of the 1 I did! And now not answering my emails. FAKE SCAM

Niestety nie mogę polecić tego sklepu. Zakup z 01.02.2025 nie dotarł do mnie do tej pory czyli 14.03.2025.

Bardzo szybka dostawa, świetne produkty w super cenach i bardzo miła obsługa klienta. Polecam.

I recently purchased few items from House Of Beauty , and I couldn’t be happier with my online shopping experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the perfect item. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. The items arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at HOB again in the future. Highly recommended!

This is my second order. Great products, really quick delivery and excellent customer service. I highly recommend 👌

I made order one week ago, the product arrived on next day. Really recommend

Polecam sklep House of Beauty.

I’ve been a customer of House of Beauty for a while now, and they never disappoint! Their products are top-notch, and the customer service team is always friendly and helpful. Shipping is fast, and everything arrives in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
