My recent encounter with House of beauty left much to be desired. Their customer service was abysmal, marked by unresponsiveness, poor communication, and excessively long wait times. I strongly caution others against engaging with this company due to their neglect of customer satisfaction.

I did order previous few times and I did not had a problem before. Unfortunately this time everything goes wrong. My order was mixed up with the item which I didn't order or missing item. There is no chance you can call on number.What is on the website, There is also no WhatsApp communication.Only way it's email. But also here you have to wait for the respond very long time.
I don't have issue with the products, I never had a problem with any of the products.
I made my order 21st of February, today is 13th of March and finally I received my missing product.

I don't want to be a rude person. I just want you to be aware, because if you have a business, and you're waiting for something because you need desperately well... think twice before you order from House of beauty.
House of beauty please improve your customers service 🙏.

Received a nail art brush from them yesterday. Absolutely appalling state of it, arrived so damaged it cannot be used for nothing! Tried to ring them on the phone from the website only to get to a BT voicemail service. Opened a case with PayPal hope I get my refund surely would not be buying again 🙈

Czekam 37 dni na paczkę, zero odpowiedzi na telefony, w mailach na początku dostawałam odpowiedzi typu "proszę jeszcze poczekać" itd., ostatnia wiadomość jaką dostałam mówiła o tym, że jeśli paczka nie przyjdzie do 9 lutego to będzie zrobiony zwrot pieniędzy. Jest 16.02 a ja nie dostałam odpowiedzi na ani jednego maila wysłanego od 09.02 (wysłałam ich chyba 5).
Wygląda na to, że zostałam ofiarą oszustwa.
