Similar to July review below - item ordered as available on website and credit card charged; tracking issued for next day delivery. Retailer then made a call to say item was not available.
Regrettably there is no date for the retailer to provide the item paid for nor a planned delivery date.
The retailer only has an answering service on their landline of 01306 886010; The retailer does not respond to email; The retailer has a mobile contact number as well which they do not answer and will only send a text message from an unnamed person.
If and when the item arrives I will update this review.
Prepare now for a volume of 5 star reviews to follow this review here, or the retailer attempt to discredit this review.
For clarity under the distance selling regulations there is a 30 day maximum time for any retailer to provide an item. Beyond 30 days the item then can be put into dispute with a credit card provider where this is the payment method used, even with the retailer using PayPal as the payment platform. Chargeback legislation will apply.

Paczka zamówiona 19 lipca, 30 lipca powinna być u mnie, do dnia dzisiejszego nic nie otrzymałam, status paczki od 19 lipca taki sam - dane przesyłki zarejestrowane, przesyłka jeszcze nie nadana. Status zamówienia miał zostać sprawdzony przez firmę 26 lipca, od tamtej pory nie odbierali telefonu.
Przesyłka dotarła do mnie finalnie 13 sierpnia...

Oszustwo!

nie odpowiadają na maile, telefony, zero kontaktu. Wyznaczona data doręczenia minęła i brak jakiejkolwiek informacji, nie można się skontaktować.

I ordered a product that was available on the website and then I received this e-mail

Thank you for your order, unfortunately the milling machines are on sale
we ordered got stuck at the customs office in the Czech Republic, it takes a very long time to arrive
Korea and we are under a lot of stress ourselves.
Today I called GLS to confirm what was happening, and I got it
information that someone will finally prepare customs documentation on Monday
and sends it to us in the UK, usually this process takes 2-3 days, we expect
finally delivery on Wednesday and we will send it to you immediately with
freebies.

Unfortunately, the purchase cannot be reversed and canceled.

I try call , messages but nobody answers , today only get one message after when I ask if I can cancel order someone replied
“ unfortunately no “ and that’s it !! Still don’t know where my order is and if I will see this !!

Never received my order. Sent 2 emails no reply, called them no reply as well. Scam

Nie dostałam swojej paczki.
Próbowałam się kontaktować kilkukrotnie nie dostałam odpowiedzi. Zgłosiłam to pay pal i bezczelnie skłamali że się ze mną kontaktowali. To się zdarzało już kilka razy ale tym razem nie dostałam ani zwrotu kosztów ani ponownie nie wysłano paczki. Bardzo się rozczarowałam bo byłam stałym klientem. Więcej nie zamówię z tego sklepu i nie polecam

Awful customer service.
Sent me old, rusted cuticle nippers and then asked me to deal with the return. Once I returned the nippers they called me to say I sent wrong nippers as this is not what I ordered. They have sent me new nippers at the end, I had to chase the refund for the postage. Lots of hassle, not best communications. Not professional. I won't be buying there again for this main reason in case something goes wrong. Plenty other websites to order from with a lot better customer service.
