Ordered a few times from house of beauty. Best prices of my favourite nails brand companies on the market .Happy with everything. With every purchase got a free gift as well. Delivery time not bad too. Best of luck and I continue to buy from you.

Brak kontaktu ze sklepem. Opłacone zamówienie nie zmieniło statusu realizacji, brak odpowiedzi, numer telefonu ze strony nie działa. Żałuję, że wcześniej nie przeczytałam opinii o tym sklepie.

Fast delivery, Great seller, beautifully packed parcel 🥰

Zamówiłam frezarkę SUNONE JSDA 65W o wartości 429 zł na początku lipca. Status przesyłki nie był aktualizowany, firma nie ma podanego maila do kontaktu, telefonu w podanych godzinach otwarcia nie odbierają. Po 2 miesiącach dostałam paczkę, jednak w środku była frezarka SUNONE DM-999, której wartość rynkowa wynosi ok. 100zł, a na fakturze widniała JSDA, czyli ta, którą zamówiłam.
Z całego serca NIE POLECAM, bo oprócz niepewnego oczekiwania zostałam oszukana na 330,- bez możliwości naprawienia tego błędu (brak kontaktu, opcji zgłoszenia zażalenia).

I'm so disappointed on customer service. I was very loyal client of this company. When I recived open product I made a claim and been told to return product back. Since that day I haven't heard anything from them even though I have send plenty of messages and no one get back to me. Person on WhatsApp seen my messages and Completely ignored it.
It's a shame as I thought they would care more for their clients. Sadly need to look for other suppliers as I'm very but very disappointed. Did not expect that from them.

I am a very satisfied and happy for shopping with House of Beauty because, I ordered couple of things from this shop and they send my parcel really fast and safe and beautifully packing. The ladies from the shop get in touch if a product is out of stock and if so, can be exchanged for another. The ladies of the shop are professional, very pleasant and helpful in every way.

I placed an order for almost £400 on the 1st October for delivery on the 3rd. I received a phone call at 9.39am on the 2nd October informing me they didn’t have stock of the item id ordered but offered me an alternative item. I said I’d need to call them back so I could look at was being offered. I called them back at 12.20pm that day but the line went straight to the answering machine so I left a voicemail. I left another voice mail later that day along with an Instagram message and I filled out an enquiry form on their website as there is no email address. I continued to try to call on the 3rd and 4th & 7th of October; a total of 16 times and each time it goes straight to answering machine. I’ve left a further two voicemails and comments on their Instagram posts but I am still getting no reply.

If this is a legitimate shop then they seriously need to work on the communication. It’s wholly unacceptable to take almost £400 for an item you don’t have in stock & cut off communication.

I will also add that although they’ve told me it’s out of stock it is still listed as in stock on their website so I suspect they will continue to do this to others.

I have filed a dispute with my back and I have already warned other nail techs in a very large Facebook group about using this company and I will continue to comment on social media posts until I get a response.

Update: they called me on the 7th October and tried to say it was me that hadn’t been in touch. Turns out the number they first called me on and the one listed on their website isn’t the right number. They agreed to send me my original item when it came into stock on Thursday the 10th October.
Today (9th October) I have just received a delivery of the Wong item. The one I rejected. I have messaged on what’s app as that’s their preferred method of communication and will update when I have a reply/ solution.

Update 1st November:

I finally received a reply from HOB on the 15th October after a number of efforts on my behalf to contact them. They tried to tell me I had agreed for them to send me this other item via instagram. I sent the instagram message (that was never replied to) to HOB where you could clearly see that I did NOT agree to this. We agreed I would send the item back but I asked for my postage to be covered as I’m having to pay to return something I never asked for. I obviously didn’t get a reply to this.

I sent the item back on the 16th October via Royal Mail tracked as I had zero faith that this company would be honest in telling me they had received it. It cost me £20.

They received the item back on the 18th October and I am yet to receive my refund. I have text, whatsapped and called this company numerous times and I have not yet had a reply.

The charge back I filed with my bank is delayed because I suspect they can’t even get in touch with this place and I now have to wait until mid February for them to make the charge back.

We are now at 4 weeks since my first interaction with this ‘company’.

I will be contacting the brand if the machine I ordered and informing them about this experience, and I will be reporting to trading standards. As a small business owner this is a stress that should not be added.

Złożyłam zamówienie w połowie czerwca, miało dotrzeć w ciągu 2 tygodni, nie dotarło do tej pory (3 miesiące później). Dostałam link do śledzenia przesyłki która nigdy nie została nadana, próby skontaktowania się z obsługą są bezskuteczne (pomimo dzwonienia w podanych na stronie godzinach), na maila z prośbą o anulowanie zamówienia odpowiedzi brak.

This is a scam company. The same retailer, at the same address are selling online
Expensive gadgets such as new iPhones and iPads. They used angelosoutlet name for another website to sell it ( I think they took it down now), the same address in Dorking is stated as the address from where the items are sent. They never sent any items stating “ it was lost in transit” and simultaneously asking for bank account details to “process refund”. This is a scam company ! People who received anything from them must be lucky cases.

I am very satisfied with my purchases at the House of Beauty. They have large selection of products that are often unavailable on other websites. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery and free samples included with my order. Will definitely order from them again!

I placed an order for an item but I did see that they had a lot of negative reviews. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt at first, £5 shipping via courier so I was expecting a shipment quite soon. I messaged them and they said orders were going out on Saturday. I didn't hear anything and messaged again. No response this time.

I believe they didn't have the item in stock and haven't updated the website.

Please be careful because they are happily taking peoples money, I'm pretty sure these new reviews are fake. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money back.
