Dreadful communication can't get…
Dreadful communication can't get through the phone no-one answers put house on too low so of course got wrong offers. Told us an offer that wasn't right as she forgot to tell us that included IAMSOLD fees. Total waste of time. Feeling extremely frustrated 😔

Karen Marshall and Jayne Gibbs made our journey through the potentially stressful and difficult world of purchasing via Auction incredibly smooth and clear. They helped us every step of the way (even when I can't have been an easy customer) and were very generous, quickly responsive and helpful in everything.
Honestly my only criticism would be that their hold music / recorded message is absolutely horrific! I would highly recommend changing that hahaha. But Karen and Jayne were phenomenal.

For tech,s sake !
Whole process from start to finish was led by technology being used which was not fit for purpose.
Many processes needing to be repeated due to failing communication.
I have bought property from this company before but not sure if I would again.
10 days before completion the seller pulled out ? How is this possible ?
IAM sold had the attitude , as long as they get there commission nothing else matters!
My solicitor questioned this and then 5 days later the sale was back on.
On a positive note , completion today.Emma Chittenden was extremely helpful and courteous and shock of all shocks replied to emails and phone calls.
Why do companies feel the need to over complicate every process when human beings can do a much better job more efficiently.
