“I won the auction on 6 August
“I won the auction on 6 August. I contacted iamsold about the mortgage .Your auctioneer told me by telephone to wait until I had my AIP and then pay the Reservation Fee. I followed that instruction and continued arranging my mortgage. I was not told that my winning bid had been cancelled or that the property was being offered to the second bidder. I only discovered it had been sold on 12 August I feel very frustrated because I relied on what the auctioner said if i would just knew i pay already the reservation fee so that I can have the house but sadly passed to other .Atleast they have informed me that they will offer it to the other bidder😰

I have been trying to purchase a…
I have been trying to purchase a property and dealing with one of their auctioneers. Upon initial interest I was informed that there had been another buyer that had offered slightly more than I had, but they had just disappeared at the time it came to pay the deposit.
Fast forward to the time I made an offer, it was just underneath what the sellers wanted, so they told me that if I increase to X amount that the sellers wouldn't listen to the other party's offer, as they had messed them around before and they would accept mine immediately. Come the next day I had no correspondence or contract sent through so followed up and was told that they had listened to the other bid and if I wanted it right away then I would have to increase by 10k. Alternatively, they would give the new bidder until Monday to pay the deposit (clearly using my bid to get the other person to bid higher).
On Monday the other bidder didn't pay the fee so she said they would accept my offer. She then sent me the contract to sign and saying that they had been instructed to sell me the property and all seemed well, great. However, the contract had the wrong numbers on it, so she told me that they were 100% going to accept it and she just needed to get the paperwork updated but everything was done.
She has not contacted me or responded to me since then, complete radio silence.
Her handling of this situation has been about as poor and dishonest as I have seen and I'm really disappointed.
Initially, she seemed absolutely great, she was came across as extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, she was promising me the world and then using that to bid someone else up and leave me talking into the void.
