The pedal pull exercise equipment is well designed and of high quality. The company responded to my queries in a timely manner. It took longer than expected for the product to leave the factory and be transferred to FedEx. The company needs to work on being accurate in its description of when a product actually ships.

I bought the expert full body bench resistance bands kit , so far everything worked amazing, and the bands didn't snap at all. I can get great workouts with the innstar resistance bands, i also got my strength back in 1 half week of constant training with the innstar resistance bands, the quality material is great, and they give you quite muscle tension when you're training. I will definitely buy more resistance bands from innstar to increase the weight. Great products and glad to be affiliated with them and sponsor their products, cause they really deserve it.

After receiving my first order I ordered some additional bands and door holds. When I received the additional items there was one door hold missing. I contacted the customer support team and they quickly sent the additional door hold.
I like the products and am very satisfied with their customer support.

I'm not one to give reviews unless I am totally impressed and this is a phenomenal company with outstanding customer service.
Their products are top notch in quality and durability.
I've actually made great gains from their bench press band replicating weighted bench press.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Sorry to say this. My bad review is based entirely on the fact I paid from order on the 20th of March. I even paid extra for the fast delivery (4 to 8 days).

21 days I still don’t know where my order is. As the tracking has stopped working, I have been assured that my order had not been lost.

They just don’t know where it is!!
I wonder if I will be given a refund for my fast delivery charge?

The product works great, but I spent a week going back and forth with their customer service. They changed the way the pull up assist connects to the pull up bar but didn’t update the instructions or the website description. It would also take a full day for each reply email to come through and the customer service rep didn’t seem to know about the problem I just described. Also, I’d prefer if it wasn’t made in China. The product is good enough quality that I would pay more for one that was made in the US.

I had doubts about how this product can be useful for doing exercise (effectively) at home; I've been using for a couple of weeks and I am plenty sattisfied and I highly recommend it.
