I ordered a full body workout on November 17 and received an email that it was delivered November 22. I never received the package, so I emailed Innstar to see what the issue was. They stated that the address was correct and I would have to contact FedEx to resolve the issue. Per FedEx, the shipper put the incorrect address and was delivered to a completely different address. FedEx sent me a screenshot of the mailing information which I forwarded to Innstar. December 21st I received my workout equipment. I am satisfied with the product, however the hassle and time put into solving Innstar’s glitch was very frustrating. I feel that if I put the correct address, it wasn’t my duty be tracking down the package. Also it shouldn’t have taken a whole month for them to resend me another package when I put the correct address. Very frustrating but I can say once the equipment came I was pleased.

Earlier this year, I recently purchased the Full Body Workout Pack. Recently, I ordered the Ankle Cuffs and more bands of various resistance to go along with the pack. Since then, I find more time working out at home than commiting myself to go to the gym. I also feel a lot better for it's tangible effect and more accomplished doing resistance training in one month versus all the times I've been going to the gym. I am happy and contented with the products because I am actually seeing real results.

The thing that you have multiple werehouses in europe but i recive my items from china, because of that i had to pay taxes. That wouldnt happen if I would recive your product form werehouse in europe.

Only started using the set, bought it help my recovery from a shoulder injury from an accident. It's good that it easily adjustable, and easy to store.

Great workout equipment, really good for building muscle mass.

Great well made product. I like the way u can add and buy the higher strength stretchy bands as your fitness increases.

I didn’t give 5 stars as I think it was a little over Packaged ! The insta boxes came inside some more blank cardboard boxes. Not necessary. Come on insta we are supposed to be saving the planet.

Apart from that very happy with this product. Great work.

Good equipment, built quality is good and it is in fact very useful and versatile. I use it every time and seems durable (I’ve had it for a few weeks only). I recommend for home or small gym.

The reason I don’t give 5 stars is the price. It is and expensive equipment and if you want to buy additional stuff (which was my case) you’ll think twice since it adds the custom fees. If you can afford it, buy the full pack because if you order more things, more costs will add if you pay customs.
Overall it’s worth it but costs a bit.

Really good product - a bit slower on delivery than advertised but I queried this with the customer services and they were quick to respond.

BIG WARNING that you have to use the innstar official website for orders! There are imitators out there and it’s not the same product or you get nothing at all!

Well, I am now happy. I have got my item. The one thing that worried me was the other website however, the delivery was prompt.

I am now going to try a 90-day workout to improve an injury.

No return policy, be warned. Same product, different websites, different prices, same company, be warned. Slow delivery despite guarantees otherwise, be warned. Product, meh. Just buy some resistance bands.

The 'return policy' applies only if the product is not 'on sale', which, of course, all the products conveniently are.

Best workout I can get in Sydney's lockdown. Took only 10 days to get the product with tracking. Tried before this with cheap ebay cables and nowhere near as good. There's a few good workouts shown with this product on youtube, I suggest checking out. Would buy again

Excellent product.. I feel very safe on it and incredibly easy to set up.
