The returns services is diabolical
The returns services is diabolical. All returns have to be shipped to China at buyers expense which is very expensive and makes it impossible for you to get your money back !

Good bit of kit
Good bit of kit , I was after something I could use at home instead of free weights and to be honest I’m glad I bought it I use it every day combined with cardio , if your thinking of something like this then don’t hesitate . Hope this helps

Coming from a newbie to this stuff. I'm really enjoying the full body workout pack. I got this today and worked out on my shoulders the first time using this product .
It was a good workout !

It took forever to get here
It took forever to get here. I had to leave am honest, but bad review just to get them to ship my order. Once it did arrive the box was badly damaged and open and missing 2 of the elastic bands, one of the door stoppers and one of the rubber handles. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Definitely what I was looking for
Definitely what I was looking for . Low impact on joints and great workout. Like the many exercises I can do . Love squats. Like the band protection . Only thing is if you buy a bundle(which I suggest) you are gonna have to buy extra bands to get different resistant. Price isn’t awful and the customer service was helpful
