Perfect company
I was very anxious about dealing with installsure not for any particular reason other than I find dealing with insurance companies difficult by nature. I dealt with an advisor called Becks and she guided me all the way through the process. From start to finish she was fantastic. It was so easy to do when you have an advisor who was so patient. Becks was outstanding!
Becks was outstanding from when she became involved with my claim. Good clear communication and a real pleasure to deal with as the process progressed. My only slight issue with the process is that it took a while to lodge the claim due to the need for specific particulars of information, including data from a retired bank account to prove method of payment. This meant the roof damage gradually got worse over time and so risks quoted becoming obsolete. But I’m glad Becks became my conduit and was super efficient throughout.

Insured with Installsure £100 excess…
Insured with Installsure £100 excess fee.But how an excess fee comes into play when a window has been fitted upside down i do not know! Purely poor workmanship which is not a repair or accident so Installsure should be responsible for level of workmanship they are insuring. Total waste of time being with them.

Terrible process from start to finish
Terrible process from start to finish. Unclear instruction on completing required paperwork, how to and who to get quotes from, whether to go ahead with job, whether claim would be paid. The whole time I felt like Instalsure were trying to get out of paying. I still have to wait another 4 weeks to actually get the money back. Why?
