I made a mistake on my initial online policy, and to be honest I was confused by the trading name as opposed to insured name. When I called insurance.com.au they were very helpful so I was pleased

I can ring up, talk to someone that's easy to understand, and have my questions answered. Also, the pricing is reasonable, and they email in advance when it's due.
