I made a mistake on my initial online policy, and to be honest I was confused by the trading name as opposed to insured name. When I called insurance.com.au they were very helpful so I was pleased

Very helpful staff
I was helped all the way through the online application process by Hillary on the phone. She was courteous, friendly and helpful. This is why I have rated you 5 stars. I don't feel I would have been able to successfully fill my application without her, as things were not clear to me on the form and I had to ask her a lot of questions.
