I made a mistake on my initial online policy, and to be honest I was confused by the trading name as opposed to insured name. When I called insurance.com.au they were very helpful so I was pleased

The input screen is not very user…
The input screen is not very user friendly. Also, the absence of EFT & Bpay is not acceptable. I had to talk to a customer service officer for several minutes to convince that our company do deal with EFT and Bpay only for payments. we do not use and have Cr or Dr cards in the company name.

Little bit of a convoluted process to make a notification regarding a potential complaint and having to work through brokers rather than the insurer though I respect you need adequate details. Solicitor was excellent

Difficulty renewing
Difficulty renewing. Too many calls to remind me to renew. My other insurance companies (car, home, health) didn’t ’remind’ me with several call. Like I don’t know it’s due/lapsed! My business is with my professional association. Insurance House and a bi-product of that. I clearly can’t renew with insurance.
And it’s expensive! I would have thought that a partnership with my association would offer a better price. I’ll be looking elsewhere next year
