I made a mistake on my initial online policy, and to be honest I was confused by the trading name as opposed to insured name. When I called insurance.com.au they were very helpful so I was pleased

My insurance policy has my details…
My insurance policy has my details wrong (basic) they have my business name trading as 'my actual name' instead of the other way around.
When reading through it I still feel worried I don't have the cover the lessor wants from me and if providing the dcument to the lessor I am not confident they will be confident either!

My phone call was answered promptly. The young lady who answered was most courteous and she was patient and understanding. I had a relatively complex problem which took about 15mins to sort out. This lady worked with me to resolve the issue in a very respectful way. It was a pleasure to interact with her. The issue was resolved there and then.
