I made a mistake on my initial online policy, and to be honest I was confused by the trading name as opposed to insured name. When I called insurance.com.au they were very helpful so I was pleased

I had a complaint made by a patient's mother in 2021 over one line in his assessment report. I keep getting told that my application cannot be processed immediately and someone will get back to me. I find this to be frankly quite annoying.

Stop sending me reminders when I’ve chosen a policy with you - it’s just not the one up for renewal- just update your system. It’s not that hard these days to get it right
