I made a mistake on my initial online policy, and to be honest I was confused by the trading name as opposed to insured name. When I called insurance.com.au they were very helpful so I was pleased

Receiving a timely reminder about the deadline is helpful. Completing the request for a quote is made easy with some repopulating. The insurance being affordable is a big plus.

The whole process was made easy and simple to follow. The reminders I was receiving seemed a bit too frequent but then they did help me remember to renew my policy.

I really appreciated the speed with which you reviewed my application to renew my insurance. The only thing that did not work for me was the number of reminders to renew, via text and email.
