Great products. Outstanding staff.
Iolla is a great business. They have affordable, stylish glasses and sunglasses and a very quick delivery service. What makes them 5 stars however is the friendly, enthused and capable staff. Outstanding.

Such a straightforward process
Such a straightforward process. Visiting Glasgow. Popped in and was given attention straight away to explain how it worked. Given space and time to look around at all the fab choice of glasses. Chose frames and again taken care of so well. Have sunglasses to go with some of the frames. Little fold up ones.
Big thanks to Iolla staff. I love my glasses and I will return

Worth the milage
Travelled from Oxford to Richmond to visit the new store. Wasn't disappointed, a beautiful store with exceptional customer service. So many frames to pick from. Decided to purchase 2 pairs. Arrived in store within a couple of weeks. Very happy with my purchase.

Lovely fit and style
Lovely fit and style. Glasses arrived on time and in a compact box same shape as the glasses case. I'm really happy with the way they sit and the prescription is perfect.

Staff were so friendly & knowledgeable
Staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of glasses, and varifocal lenses. Used home delivery service which was convenient and on time. Glasses were perfect with no adjustments necessary.

Good style and great pricing
The staff are charming. They have excellent design, without all the bells and whistles but still sharp enough! Customers of any age would find a shape, material and colour to suit. They are extremely well priced and for those of us who came to wearing spectacles very late in life, this is a bonus.

Seamless Service - Great Price - Stylish Quality Frames
Stopped by the St James Quarter store in Edinburgh as was passing by. Laura was an absolute star and helped me organise the fitting and ordering of my first pair of specs.
Wanted to pay by Klarna so was provided details for the customer service team in order to arrange. Glasses ordered via phone and delivered well within the specified timescales.
Varifocals doing the job so far and look great as an added bonus.
Inclusive pricing and selection of styles made my decision to shop with Iolla an easy one.

Picked up a new set of RAE frames
Lost my old pair of glasses and came into get a new set, staff were very helpful with frames and what style might suit me
Went with the clear RAE frames and fell in love instantly!
