Plz DON’T ORDER FROM IZNIK

They are fraud.
I ordered my 3 suits in mid of June 2025. They took the money(more than 200 USD)and said your order is dispatched. After 2 days I got an email that the merchant has cancelled the booking.

I am still waiting for my suits to be delivered in Karachi. They are not responding to my emails. For 2 months they kept on saying that my suits are in stitching process, now they are not replying😡

This is a fraud website. I placed an order for 3 dresses back in May 2024 and still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed many, many times. They’ve now stopped replying. Please don’t waste your money

This company take your money and do not deliver your items, file multiple complaints, they don't respond for 2 months and then gas light you into thinking someone on your side has taken the items. I even sent them proof that they had only sent lining and not the two outfits. What the hell am I going to do with lining only and not the outfits. Disgusting service. I am two months down the line, don't have my items, had to source other outfits from another retailer and cost me more now. No compensation, actually forget that.....not even an apology! Where is the decency? Cowards...only reply on WhatsApp when it suits them and the language is demanding..."ma'am with all due respect..." With all due respect you have ignored my emails and messages, gas lit me and not acknowledged your mistake.

Scammer. Be careful of this page. They will take your money and won't give your dress and last moment they will tell you, your order is cancelled, your bank will give you refund. I have never seen a Scammer page like them.

Customer service doesn’t respond. placed an order on 14th of April, still no sign of despatch email. Keep sending message and surprisingly before placing order they sent message straight away , oh something caught your eye while I was browsing but after placing the order it seems they are all dead

I placed an order on 14 April 2025 for a Mehndi dress for my daughter - order IZ - 255727. They have made an effort to inform me of the delivery time - 4 weeks. I'll post again when I receive the order.

Greetings from Singapore 🇸🇬 with a review of Iznik. I’ve been a regular customer of Baroque PK but decided to give Iznik a try for my Eid outfit this year! I have to say that Iznik didn’t dissapoint. The suit I received was just a beautiful and of great quality as shown on their socials. I had a good experience with their customer service team too! I got the suit as per their schedule and have no complaints. Buy from Iznik with confidence 😀

I ordered three dresses and they delivered today. I’m very unhappy with the fabric and stitching. The original picture shows the full length frock and I got the length till knee. All three are very tight looks like they stitch XS instead of Small sizes. I paid a huge amount and the result is very frustrating. Please do not order from this company.

I have ordered on 25th of February And today is 22nd of March.
What kind of service and commitment this company is providing to their customers.

I have ordered from two other different brands and the order are already delivered.

according to their own policy, service is not following their own set policies.
How can they expect that I will order from themin future ?

Also What kind of communication channel they have been offering to the customers through WhatsApp. The account is showing business account and no one is really bothering to reply on customer's queries. Strange, very strange

I am trying to contact them through instagram, what’s app, email, phone call no response. I ordered my dress 4 weeks ago there is no update.

I have just received 3 suites from Iznik and I am delighted to say I am very happy with the quantity and stitching of them. I am from the uk but I had them delivered at my address in Pakistan. A family member bought them back for me.

Do NOT order from Iznik. I ordered an outfit which arrived with no trouser that I paid extra money for. The outfit came after a month. I have been chasing them for my trouser for 3 months. How can i wear my outfit without the trouser! Now they are ignoring my emails and instagram messages after taking my money. I will never order from these people again.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This brand is absolutely pathetic. I ordered a dress in mid-October, and now it’s December 2024, and I still haven’t received it. Customer service keeps assuring me it will be shipped, but nothing has happened. To make matters worse, I’ve had a previous bad experience with a dress tearing after just one wear, but I decided to give this brand another chance. Big mistake. I have a wedding coming up, and they keep delaying my order. Extremely disappointing!

Had ordered fuschia pink dress from chiffon collection arrived in less than 5 days and stuff and quality was great 👍🏼

Very poor and unprofessional. Have delayed my order for weeks and I keep receiving rude unprofessional messages in their chathox when I ask for help or an order update. Will never be ordering from here again. They also do not respond on the customer care email.

The worst when it comes to customer service. Outfit stitched with the bottoms being 2 sizes smaller than the top.
Have contacted Iznik via email, whatsapp, instagram and no response.

My information was leaked and your riders were involved they had exactly same information your system had and they gave ripped n used pants for the same amounts the dresses were for.
You guys are acting like who cares as we reached you on all platforms. Now I am going to post on all social media about your frauds.

I had a very frustrating experience with Iznik (iznikfashions.com). Their customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve encountered.

I placed an order for a stitched outfit on 9th September and later saw the reviews so I was really worried! I emailed customer service a few times in between to check on delivery date and they were prompt and polite in responding each time. Then they emailed on 4th October to say the outfit was ready and with the courier, and I was able to track it from Lahore to Karachi and then to UK via the Skynet tracking number they provided via email. Once it was here in the UK I got text updates from DX couriers and I received it today, 8th October, after being texted the 2 hour delivery slot. All in all a great service! The outfit was exactly like the picture and the stitching was neat and to the measurements advertised. There were a few extra threads that were inside the dress and needed picking off, but no issues with the garment at all. It's such a beautiful outfit and arrived in 21 working days, perfectly in time for the event I wanted it for. I'll definitely order again :)
