Very disappointed first time with iznik. Very pathetic customer service. They never replied. I received my suit which is very bad in condition. I requested to exchange. They said to send back in iznik address. I tcs it afterthat they not replying my fone call. Not a single reply on my WhatsApp msgs. My 8k is wasted. They are fraud. So disappointed

Ordered in February or March, received ky clothes by June and even that one suit without pants/sharah. E mailed them many time and on 26th of June they e mailed me to say they have posted me my missing piece but till today, nothing received. E mailed to ask but no reply . Given up on them and never ordering from them.
This review is to potential customers that their communication is neither professional nor trust worthy.

I placed order in beginning of April and still now in June they replied we are processing your order after I sent them many emails.

This is a fraud company. Please do not buy from them. They do not reply to you ever. I ordered from Canada on April 11th, and haven't received anything yet. I have been calling them several times a day (which is my night) and sent tonnes of messages. Neither they take calls, nor they reply to you. They are fraudsters.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Paid $188 and received nothing. I placed my order on marach 29 2024 and now it’s may 16 2024. Horrible customer service I have put fraud request through my credit card company. I hope you guys burn in hell for conning people out of their hard earn money.🤬🤬🤬

STAY AWAY! Do not buy from them!Would give zero stars if possible!!! Iznik wants to go global but Pathetic customer service! Zero manner! Especially with a brand that has such high following! It’s a scam! I had ordered a saree for a wedding. I had given specific measurements and had gotten it sized. And that too, I had requested several times to contact me and call me in order to discuss how I would like my piece to be. This NEVER happened, I never received any phone call or message, I would always have to message several times before they even respond once. That alone was a mission because of the lack of response that I was receiving from support. If I had a question regarding something, they would either reply with a bland response that does not address my question or would just leave me on read.
Once I had received my piece, the blouse was extremely big and not my size. I had messaged them requesting for a replacement or some sort of adjustment to it. They had told me that they will send a brand new blouse with correct measurements AFTER EID. Eid had passed, and I’m still waiting. Iznik is the most pathetic and a celebrity BOOT LICKING COMPANY!!This website is a total scam and fraud!! Stay away from them. Do not be fooled by the 500k followers.

Excellent customer service , I mistakenly ordered 2 times and they delivered it, but as 2 dresses of same article is of no use, I ask them for an exchange, they charge 500 for exchange article delivery, I receive my article within 2 days,
There were lots of bad comments , u was worried too but Allhamdulillah I have a good experience with them

I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying a suit from this brand. A week before ramadhan I bought one 'ready to wear' suit to wear during ramadhan, no specific date but just for any iftari. I had not received any shipping details. After two weeks, I emailed them and they responded with a fake Tracking number for SkyNet apparently and said they have sent out the parcel on the 9th of March. SkyNet has no info on the tracking number they provided. Seems like i've been caught in a scam.

This website is fraud plz plz don’t waste yur money they take yur money and don’t deliver orders and don’t reply massages ,email or phone calls.
They didn’t mention their address on website so no one can find them after they take people money.

Worst ever shopping website. They are fraud and scammer. I wasted my 15k . I order a ready to wear maxi that shows length 53inches on website and what i got was totally a piece of gar***ge. Length 47. I am tall and that poor quality maxi of length 47 in on my knees. What will i do what that. There was no tracking information. Instead they created a false tracking. They don't reply to msgs and dont attend calls. Do not waste your money by seeing videos on Instagram they misleading. There clothes are nothin like shown in video. Very poor quality and measurements are all wrong.

This brand seems to have pathetic policies that are not mentioned on the website. I placed an order for a stitched suit but had to cancel as I realised that I will not receive it in time for the event. Iznik agreed to cancel the order but they stated that they do not provide refunds to the bank account, which is appalling in this day and age. I was issued a discount code which was only valid for 3 months, iznik released nothing nice in those 3 months and I have now lost PKR 15,228. They are not replying to my messages or calls, stay from these thieves.

My name is sana and i just ordered two suits 1.5 weeks ago. Despite reading about them negatively i still trusted and placed and order. Guys they are scam. They processed my order and sent me a tracking number. I tracked multiple times with courier server and they said we donot have your consignment. Upon my multiple messages they apologied that the suits are still with the brand due to some defect in them and will be diaptached in next 4 days. After 4 days again i messaged and they said we are dispatching one suit as another is out of stock. When i ordered both suits were in stock. Now tracking number generated for one suit is still not genuine. I cannot track that. They troubled me for these weeks guys. Donot order. They are fake and may b generating bussiness from website visitors only. It is a scam

I'm very concerned. I just read reviews here and I should have read these before!! I placed an order 5 days ago and now I'm sitting tight as I haven't heard from them after the first email. I think I've lost my 100 dollars.

Most pathetic brand I have come across , been 40 days and haven’t got my order yet! Committed time was 25 days. On top of that most pathetic n shameless customer service. They will read your messages n not reply. I have zero hopes for the quality too after reading other reviews here. Shame on such a brand !!

what a third class brand since 2 months they are holding my money first they sent defected suit then they said to TCS back now its been 1.5 month i am asking for my order status no one replying

I had placed an order on April 7, 2023 and almost 7 weeks later haven't received the outfit. When I've corresponded with customer support, they keep stalling the shipping date. I needed this outfit for a wedding at the near end of May and the lack of proper management has put me in a difficult position. I will never recommend this site to anyone. This website is a scam. If I could give it no stars I would, but, unfortunately, it won't allow me to.

I really liked the chiffon range at Iznik. The designs were unique and classy. Iznik were spot on with my order, from stitching to punctual delivery and communication.

We love the outfits and will be ordering again!

I have ordered for the first time from this store and when the order came I didn’t like the fabric quality. It was third class quality as compared to the price. Completely waste of money. I tried contacting these people for an exchange they never received a call never replied. They replied after two weeks by saying we have 7 day return policy even I told them I am trying to contact you people since the day I received my parcel. 😡 Their customer service is very poor, very rude people. I am never gonna buy from this store again. 😡😡
