I ordered a green harness by mistake
I ordered a green harness by mistake. Wanted a blue harness. You can’t speak to a human being, web site was impossible to handle. Still have green harness in package it came in. You think they would have gotten (verbally) in touch with me, being a repeat customer.

I have three dogs all different sizes. I was able to get harnesses for each of them all matching and leashes too!

Just What We Needed
The fleece harness jacket is perfect for keeping our pug warm on his morning walks on cold days. He needs that extra length and fleece that the regular harness does not have.

This is my second purchase
This is my second purchase . I also have bought the collars . I donated my old ones to a rescue. I find them easy to use and they go on super easy I have 2 basset hounds and they are 65# they don’t constrict on their throat which Is important.
They are easy to control walking they still pull a little but not so much. They look stylish too

One of the clips broke on one harness
One of the clips broke on one harness. We purchased 3 harnesses for our 3 small dogs, 2 under 15lbs and one 22lbs. One of the fastener clips broke on the larger dogs harness. He’s a puller and we’re trying to find him a new harness. Not sure if this is a usual flaw in the clips. The other 2 are good. Hesitant to buy another.

These are good harnesses
These are good harnesses. I've had three since I discovered them. Easy on/Easy off, dogs seem comfortable in them.

Great experience, great product
Ordering was easy. I purchased two harnesses. One did not fit. The return process was also easy. Within days, I had the replacement in the correct size.
I love having a handle to grab onto to pick up my Shih-Tzu when he is being stuborn! These are well made.

Horrible Customer Service
This feedback is solely for their customer service. The harness worked well but they are terrible at providing service. I placed an order early Saturday morning online. As soon as I received the confirmation, I realized the color for the corresponding seat belt was incorrect. I sent an email then asking for them to send the green as I thought I had ordered. I got a response Sunday afternoon saying they could not swap the color because the order had been "dispatched." I got the notification of shipping on Monday, so they had almost 48 hours to make my order correct. If they had time to ship, they had time to check their emails. They told me I could return for an exchange. If I send this item back, they will force me to use their $6.95 shipping label. Forget it! I will keep the incorrect item and not buy from them again. Also, their website does not allow for feedback.

Dogs don't duck and hide
These harnesses work well and the dogs don't "duck and hide" when they see them come out.
Had to return one for a smaller size and it was effortless.
The shipping time was slower than what I'm generally used to, but they arrived in due course.

Do not buy from Joyride.They do not…
Do not buy from Joyride.They do not honor their warranty. My large 60+ dog was pulling when I was walking and the XL harness strap and the side ring strap started to tear. I had purchased previously with no issues but this was within a month. They claimed that it was chewed. If it was chewed by my large dog then there would be a lot more damage. Poor customer service. Will not be purchasing for my other dogs and will not be making any referrals about their products. I have purchased cheaper brands with no problems but for the cost they don’t stand behind their products.

Like always ... the harness is made of high quality materials and our dog loves them. Currently we have the Joyride Mesh harness and the Joyride 2.0 for night time walks!

I feel the collar is not as well made…
I feel the collar is not as well made as the one I had from a few years ago. the on off clasp doesn't work like it did, you really have to line up. the part with velcro, is too thick and hard to stay closed.
all in all I feel they have changed.
but I will still buy them.

The customer service is second to none
The customer service is second to none. Ordered a medium that was too large. I spoke with a gentleman who asked me to take pictures with it on and send it to him. He immediately said that it was too large and to send back and get the small. He was fabulous. On sending it back via a code provided by him, I went to UPS which is only three miles away, all was completed. That was the easiest return in my life. Rugby enjoys his small harness along with matching “STARS” leash and we hoomans love the training treat bag. Thanks to all involved!

Refusal to return accidental order
This was an accidental order while on Facebook. I asked to return it and you refused. I don't even have a dod. My dog passed away May 7th, 2024. At the time of this accidental order I was ordered nail polish.

This purchase was a replacement for our previously well-worn harnesses after three years. Love the improvements on the 2.0 harnesses. So easy to get on. Now, the clasp is still strong but easier to open with one hand.
