We appointed Kings Court Trust to administer our Mother's estate and were assigned Angela Thomas to manage the process. What we thought would be a fairly straight forward process turned out to be more complex and long-winded for various reasons. Angela did a great job guiding us through the probate process in a very professional manner. We had monthly Facetime progress calls which were an excellent way to catch up. Angela and Kings Court Trust provided an excellent service.

I was kept well informed of what was going on. The staff were all friendly and patient.

Everything has been carried out within the time frame stated, no hidden extras, professional, offered good advice and useful information.

I had a very positive experience with the probate process. The team, and especially Connor Cogon, were knowledgeable, professional, and guided me through each step with clarity and compassion. He handled all the legal and administrative tasks efficiently, which helped ease a very emotional time for me and my family. The initial contact & approach from Hayley at Kings Court Trust(KCT) was very respectful, prompt, helpful & knowledgeable resulting in achieving the grant of Probate within weeks. Hira was appointed as my Personal Estate Manager to replace a colleague who left. This proved to be very good news as I no longer had to ‘pull’ for information she kept me updated, responding regularly as necessary. She dealt with what could have been an awkward situation effectively & efficiently & couldn’t have been more helpful.

This company employs solicitors that have not got a clue about what they are doing, or how much money should be kept back. Then fills in paperwork incorrectly, which i was informed of by a staff member when i called up, to see what was happening.

Although this appeared to be simple I had no idea how much work went into this.

Now reading the similar 1 star reviews with very similar issues to what I have been experiencing for nearly 3 years since my fathers passing, incorrect IHT filing, lack of communication, 4th case handler now who cannot pick up the thread, I want to know how to combat this and who is accountable I have informed the legal ombudsman.

I used kings court trust to get a grant if probate for my husband's estate. At every stage they were very friendly, considerate, respectful and most of all professional. The first person I spoke to was Joanna Coleman who was very patient in explaining probate to me and established what I needed to do. I was then assigned Wayne Nobile as my case coordinator. He was extremely patient and professional and kept me updated with what was happening at every stage. When I had question's he was at the end of a phone or email and responded promptly. No question was considered stupid and I was very comfortable with how everything was handled. Having spoken to a few people who had gone through the same process as me it seems as though I had a very easy time if it due to the people at kings court trust for which I'm very grateful.

I found the whole team from application to the granting of probate to be professional and their willingness to guide and help kept my stress levels to the minimum which something like a bereavement will cause to be raised. They kept me fully informed of progress and although their work was complete when they obtained the letter of probate, they made themselves available to offer advice on any problems which I may be faced with when progressing my representations to the banks.

The helpful personal estate manager went through everything needed and soon obtained probate. The appointment of my children as trustees, an amendment to my wife's will and an update of the house registration was clearly explained and completed by the assigned technical expert. At a very difficult time in my familys life, having had no experience of dealing with a situation like this before, the usual concerns as to who to engage to deal with things was daunting to say the least.
