Father passed away 2021 lawyer appointed got really angry if my sister called for an update.My sister passed away 2023 so my other sister took over. Again became abrupt when she called and the lawyer said she would update us every month.Every 8 weeks we were informed about nothing moving forward.She left now we have a new lawyer OMG 2025 4 years and we are no further into the end.

We were assisted by Ifzal Hussein. He communicated timely, efficiently and professionally.

Our case was handled with due diligence and everything was above board.

After the death of my civic partner the process of dealing with the inheritance started.
It was overwhelming and it wasn’t long before I ended up in a state of insecurity.
Kings Court Trust was recommended to me and I managed to find a local representative, who visited my at my home
Shortly after, I got a personal lawyer dealing with me. In my case it was: Hollie Turner.
For me it was very professional by KCT to have one lawyer assigned to me, dealing with all my questions. Resarching and handling on my behalf.
Every question was answered in an understandable way. Missing data was searched and coordinated.
Very often in big companies one never talks to the same person again and has to repeat his concern over and over again. Not with KCT.
Further more it is the policy to include you in their doings and their progress.
Apart from a monthy information, one I was able to see and follow the process online through my very own personal Client Portal.
It took a year to finalize my inheritance.
Without KCT I would probably still be dealing with many issues without success.
I herewith can highly recomend the company and I am glad I made that choice.

Our bank referred us to Kings Court, after the initial discussions we were told about the amount of help that would be needed and the approximate fees which were adhered too. We were advised and updated regularly over the probate period, and we then received an interim payment. We were regularly contacted whilst waiting for property had to be sold. Chloe Chappell was involved over much of the process, she was professional and caring and we greatly valued her help. We would recommend Kings Court Trust.

My account manager Megan Willmott was excellent, always happy to help very understanding and very professional from start to finish, I will miss our monthly updates.

HT - Although I only visited the offices once in the early stages and never met my personal Estate Manager, I knew they were there if I needed them. I think they realised that my favoured form of contact was email rather than phone and this is how much of the contact was made (to my relief!) This process worked for me as I'm busy working full time with a young family. I was kept informed with all updates and every email sent, received a response within a day or 2. I knew I didn't have time to do any of the work myself and I felt looked after throughout. Always courteous and understanding. Thank you to the team for everything you have done - its taken a year and a bit but I was warned it might do! I hope to return soon for financial advise!

I received excellent service from all members of staff that I had to deal with over the four months that it took to obtain probate for my mother’s estate. Everyone I emailed got back quickly and each person spent time on the phone explaining everything I needed to know,even before I had decided to use Kings Court Trust.
