An excellent key safe, does exactly as advertised. The compartment size is sufficent to accommodate my safe keys which are longer than normal lever lock keys. What more could you ask.
Peace of mind and satisfied my home insurance in purchasing the police preferred safe. It was well received, it's robust and came with parts for installation. Easy to fix.
Very robust key safes - but good tools needed for fitting… Self-tapping screws are VERY tight in a 5mm hole - needed to use a 30m Torx socket on a socket wrench to get them in. One sheared off. Tha... Voir plus

The P500 is perfect for us
We decided to install a key safe to allow the pet sitter access, and also as 'future proofing' if we need to allow access in the future, for whatever reason. Very impressed with the sturdiness of the safe we purchased (the P500 model), and also with the speed with which the professional fitter arrived. I am a dog walker and have encountered a number of different makes and models of key box, but this one impressed me the most and came highly recommended by another user. I can, likewise, highly recommend it. Perfect.

Great idea poor quality fixings
We are elderly and bought the Key Safe as a backup to getting locked out of our house. We are not wealthy and had to fit the Key Safe ourselves.
We found the fixing bolts too easily broken leaving us having to find replacements in order to get the Safe up.

We're pleased to hear you like the idea of the key safe, but we're sorry to learn you experienced issues with the fixing bolts during installation. That's certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
Our fixings are designed to provide a secure installation, but we appreciate your comments and will share them with our product team for review. If you haven't already, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, who would be happy to discuss your experience and see how we can help.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
