Excellent customer service, excellent product. Bree helped me to customize our company logo. She was patient with me as we worked through what looked best. She explained the difference between old fashioned neon and LED neon very clearly. The finished design is fantastic, beautiful and bright! Our event is not until July so until it can hang in our competition ring, it is hanging in my office and is in the background of every zoom meeting. I have gotten lots of great compliments on it already!

When I finally received my sign it was beyond awesome! The promotion was that it would be here by Dec 22nd. I received a review link well before my sign. Then I was notified it would be here on the 27th...it finally arrived on the 29th. I was disappointed that my gift wasn't here under the tree. The next promotion was 30% off and I really should be offered that since I never received my sign on time.
The product is wonderful and my husband was surprised. I am really impressed with the quality.
