I have been researching a neon sign for an event and I got 5 quotes. All of the companies varied in response time with the exception of Kings of Neon. I submitted the online request and had a gentleman by the name of Joe reach out within 5 minutes of the request. I was not only shocked to hear the warm, enthusiastic voice in the other end of the phone but very surprised because it was New Year’s Eve. Joe was very animated and really made the difference in the choice of companies that I decided to go with. Great customer service every step of the way without a hard sell of any kind. I really look forward to receiving a unique product! Highly recommend!

I ordered a 30" x 30" custom LED neon sign for my brother for his birthday. A company representative kept in touch with me to approve their design and keep me informed. The sign had a small section that blinked. After reporting the issue, the company replaced the sign! The new one is perfect, and I was so pleased with their service that I ordered a second sign for my sister, which is also perfect. She loves it! Service like this is rare these days and should be rewarded with your business!

Kings of neon went above and beyond helping me design a neon sign for my grandson’s shop. They were very professional and very helpful. My grandson has gotten tons of praise On how amazing the sign is.

I paid extra for expedited shipping as advertised on your website. Guaranteed delivery by December 21st. I was then contacted and told that was a mistake and someone should have taken it down from the website. Then that the best they could do would be Jan 4th but most likely Jan 8th. This ruined my Christmas present for my girlfriemd totally. Tabitha was very kind and apologetic and even refunded a portion of my money. Unfortunately I would have rather had my girlfriends gift for Christmas.

The sign is awesome. The shipping is another story. Our sign was shipped via DHL. I had to make several phone calls to find out why it was stuck and not moving on to the next destination. Then when it finally came it was via USPS. We got the express shipping but it was not express at all.

The staff was extraordinary and very receptive to changes to the project. As I reside in Alaska the shipping was an issue but staff promptly followed up and I have received the Neon Sign in time for Christmas. Couldn't ask for better service. Looking forward to ordering again .

Customer service was great. They made changes quickly based on my feedback and requests. Prices were so-so... but overall a fair value for the quality. The product is shipped from China so I'm assuming it's also manufactured in China even though we worked with Kings of Neon out of Las Vegas, NV.

The fact that they called me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and explained all the options was impressive. Great product and highly recommended.
