Ordered last week was promised delivery on Friday as I had a busy opening night on Saturday, only 2 items out of 5 arrived, rang them said it would 100% be here Monday, Tuesday at the latest, still nothing

Can’t fault it
Background: I’m a larder chef based in the UK
I was looking for a specific product - An American style Bain marie replacement insert, 1.89ltr (for storing my service tools in).
It was easy to find, and the price was significantly lower than a similar product I saw on Amazon (I think it was £6-£7 instead of £15-20). They had a good range of sizes as well, so I also bought the 3ltr size to use as a hand rinse.
I was most impressed with the dispatch and delivery speed - it came the day after I placed my order (just before noon).
I’m planning on ordering again in future, particularly to get the food 1/4 size sheet pans for recipe development.
Highly recommend.

Really good quality products
Really good quality products, we wanted to try to match with an existing polycarbonate glass, we had looked at many suppliers with no luck. Kitchway had almost exactly what we wanted, and at a very good price. We're proper chuffed.
